Rooms were clean and comfortable. A little noisy but not bad. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful!

They were incredibly nice and assisted in any of our needs. Also very close to a metro station that had lines going many important places.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel during my stay in Paris. Everything was simply perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed – truly outstanding service.||The location couldn’t be better: just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, which made exploring the city so convenient. And the view from our room was breathtaking – waking up to the Paris skyline was unforgettable.||The breakfast buffet was another highlight. It was super varied, with plenty of fresh and delicious options for every taste – from pastries and fruits to hot dishes and excellent coffee.||I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. It made our trip even more special!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet hôtel, le personnel est au top, d une gentillesse incroyable, toujours à notre service, avec le sourire !! Les chambres sont raffinées, extrêmement propres! L emplacement est proche de toutes commodités, bars, restaurants, et quelques minutes de la tour eiffel, du trocadero.. vraiment un superbe séjour, nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Great location, fantastic staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast, good selection to get your day started and coffee available in the afternoon. Perfect for family of 4, short walk from Eiffel Tower and restaurants. We’d recommend.

The hotel was excellent in all regards, stayed here with my mom and we were really taken care of. The beds were sooooo comfortable and slept so peacefully. Plus the location is perfect, with easy access to 3 of the main metro lines making the rest of Paris easy to reach. One of the best parts is that the Eiffel Tower is only around 10 minutes away by walking. I can only recommend it!

Ci rechiamo spesso a Parigi e scegliamo sempre l’Ares poiché è un buon 4 stelle in zona torre Eiffel.|Per noi pulizia, qualità del sonno e design sono importanti. La pulizia è buona mentre per quanto riguarda i dettagli, rispetto a qualche anno fa, i segni del tempo sono più visibili.

Very clean r rooms with incredible location. The employees were extra extra nice will return. The rooms and bed were amazing. Amenities were amazing and even the bathroom was large. Can’t beat this location ever. Definitely will be coming back to this spot on my next trip

Such a charming hotel just a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are many cafes/braissieries right around the corner and it is perfectly situated near the metro station! The staff is so friendly and catered to our every request! We would definitely stay here again!!

The best and most honest review I can give is pretty simple – would I like to stay here again? The answer is no. The hotel is okay, but not great. I really hate toilets without a handwash basin, and a 4-star hotel should offer a free bottle of water in the room instead of selling one for 5 EUR.

I just received a response to review that I’d like to share with you.

"Please allow us to clarify that you slept in a room that has a toilet and bathroom separate. You have both in your room, and the bathroom has two basins, so honestly, we do not understand your comment."
It’s pretty clear to me: if I go to the toilet, I’d like to wash my hands before walking through two other doors. I'm sure there are countries where it’s not even allowed to have a toilet without a washbasin. This is Paris, and it’s a 4-star hotel, so I would expect to be able to wash my hands after using the toilet. It’s that simple.

"Regarding the bottle of water, all items in the minibars are charged 5 euros for all the drinks. If you drink one or all, it is the same rate, but you forgot to mention it."
Again, this should be quite clear. Paying 5 EUR for a bottle of water is not what I expect from a 4-star hotel. I don’t expect to drink a beer or cola while I sleep, but having access to water shouldn’t cost 5 EUR!

The Ares Hotel was wonderful to stay in. They had a wonderful service and the room was beautiful and clean. i would definitely stay again. Along with that, they had nice shower amenities and the staff was very kind and helpful! Beds were comfy. Reasonable prices!

Très bel hôtel situé dans une rue calme proche de toutes les commodités et des transports. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agencées avec goût.
L’accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé. Les gérants sont très bienveillants et tout le personnel est aux petits soins.

Perfetto in tutto pulito comodo e personale super gentile!!! Abbiamo soggiornato con 2 bambini, la camera non è enorme ma molto l’eleganza e la disponibilità dei proprietari è a dir poco il fiore all|Occhiello….. grazie veramente super felici!

We stayed a week and we absolutely loved it. It was so close to several bistros and bars. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our top floor window. It was a magical and wonderful visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a romantic stay.

Good hotel with room for improvement.

The rooms are clean and the reception was courteous; we were even able to check into our room at 10 a.m., which was fantastic. We had booked the Junior Suite and were a little confused that the bed wasn't the large, swiveling bed shown on the website, but the smaller one. We were a bit disappointed, as I had explicitly mentioned when booking that it was my husband's first time in Paris and it was our wedding anniversary. When you book through the website, it's probably a game of chance as to whether you get the nicer room. Too bad, because the Executive Room would have been sufficient for us.

After the first night, we briefly informed reception that we would like the room cleaned, as we would be out all day with our dog. Unfortunately, this wasn't done, and the cleaning lady was so cheeky and lied that she claimed my husband had told her we didn't need cleaning. My husband doesn't remember them ever speaking. After the incident, she neither greeted us nor acknowledged her mistake and was simply annoyed. We don't think that's acceptable for a 4-star hotel that costs almost €400 a night. At least she can talk to us, especially since we didn't make a fuss at all, but rather politely asked the receptionist why the room hadn't been cleaned. So we don't understand why this was such a problem for her. We saw this cleaner several times in the hotel, and she was the only one who didn't greet us.

We are pleasant and clean guests who don't bother anyone and generally always give 5 stars if everything goes smoothly. In this case, I found the discussion about who said what and when very annoying, because it made it sound like we were lying. This stressed me out. As compensation, we were offered a free breakfast, which we couldn't take advantage of due to time constraints.

Furthermore, the hotel should state that dogs are not allowed to be left alone for the next guests, since you actually book hotels with dogs so that the dogs can rest there when you're away without them. After consulting with the staff, they made an exception for us because the dog doesn't bark on its own and didn't bother anyone. Without this exception, it wouldn't have been possible; I'm writing this here so that future dog owners are aware of it before booking.

Otherwise, the room was clean and the amenities were of high quality. Overall, we were relatively satisfied, but for the price, we'll choose a different hotel in the future. The slogan "ABSOLUTE LUXURY WITH EVERY COMFORT" doesn't exactly live up to its reputation. The location is perfect, and the area is quiet.

I would give the hotel a low rating. The staff was rude and unhelpful, especially the lady at reception and the laser tag employee. The lack of friendliness and aggressive response to your questions certainly marred your experience. It seems like the hotel should make improvements in the training and behavior of its staff to make guests' stay more pleasant
