La chambre était très bien, très propre.

Secondly, the pad in the room wasn’t working but the lovely lady in reception fixed it, which meant we had to go down as we wanted breakfast in bed which was offered when asked during check ins! The order we made had been cancelled from the kitchen and when we went downstairs to the restaurant anyway. While checking with the staffs they were completely oblivious to the order we had made! So no breakfast in bed as nobody knew how to fix this for us .
Frankly, we felt uncomfortable asking and raising too many concerns we just kept quiet about it throughout the trip as we didn’t wanna ruin our time in Paris!
On the bright side, hotel is nice with lovely western restaurant offering wide range options for guests with live music in the evening! The transport is right in front of hotel! The walk to Eiffel Tower is about 45mins to an hour for those loving to walk!
The roof top terrace is closed during winter due to weather conditions so that was a bummer cos we wanted to dine there and see Eiffel Tower!
Lastly, the staffs are very nice! Came across lovely smiley bunch who did their best! From helping with baggage to calling taxi etcs.
Grosse déception sur les desserts qui étaient à l'époque délicieux et qui sont devenu très médiocres …
Le reste était très bien et bon, merci au musicien Antoine qui a enchanté notre soirée avec son univers.
Nous reviendrons malgré le bémol sur les desserts.
