Les viandes sont délicieuses, le service est parfait, mais les accompagnements ne sont pas à la hauteur : le cole slaw ressemble à la salade, qu’on trouve dans un restaurant japonais. Les choux de Bruxelles sont trop gras, etc. Le service est décontracté et à l’écoute.

The service, the staff we're very sweet people, they even have a glass window for you to watch how they handle their meat & what they do to cook their brisket. I loved their ribs that my hubby had ordered, meat was succulent and juicy. I had ordered a brisket burger but I felt the meat was a little dry, I would have loved abit more sauciness to the meat (a little disappointed with that) but the flavour was amazing!
Their garlicky sauce for the potatoes is just heavenly (I love garlic). Not too garlicky, but just enough to know not to kiss your other half on the mouth after lunch! Haha thanks for the wonderful experience. This is a must try restaurant.

As a Texan I have to say I have never had good BBQ outside of the US in my life but after eating here and getting the ribs, pork belly and, bacon. I can confidently say this is the best restaurant for the beloved smoked meats. Absolute perfection and I will be eating here as long as I live here in Paris. A taste of home while being so far away

Nous sommes venues samedi soir et nous avons trouvé le service sympathique mais impersonnel. Pas de carte à table donc on doit lire derrière le comptoir sans plus d’explications quand on ne connaît pas. La viande de mon Burger était bien trop smashée et trop cuite. Les pommes de terre dans une barquette en carton bof bof… par contre elles étaient très bonnes avec le cheddar et le piment cela change des traditionnelles frites avec un Burger. Cela peut paraître sévère comme avis mais pour le prix payé j’ai trouvé la prestation en deçà de mes attentes.
