Le Colonel is a hidden gem in the 11th, serving some of the best truffle pasta and risotto I’ve had outside of Italy—rich, silky, and unforgettable. The staff were warm and helpful, stepping in with English when my French fell short. Both the indoor and outdoor seating offer an intimate, relaxed vibe. Best of all, the price was spot on for the quality. A must-visit for Italian food lovers in Paris.

If you are looking for truffle pasta outside of Italy you will not go wrong with either Linguini or Risotto you definitely need to come to Le Colonel! The best flavor and al dente too!

J'aime beaucoup ce lieu pour déjeuner, le lieu est sympa avec des banquettes confortables et la bolognaise des pâtes est bonne. La tarte tatin chauffée au four était bien fondante accompagnée d'une glace vanille.

We are visiting Paris from Adelaide, Australia

The waiter was super friendly, the food was fantastic and the vibe of the place was pleasant. The waiter even introduced me to some French beers that I have never tried before. If we are ever in Paris again will definitely visit

To be honest i have no idea how they rate a 4,6. And i ate stuff that i did not enjoy at all. The linguine bolognese was tasteless. I mean, one of the easiest Italian pastas to make. But somehow it was blend pasta w a bit of minced meat onions. Not even a tomato sauce. Then the starter: shrimp beignets. Absolutely disgusting, way too much doe. And cold n watery. The only thing nice about the order was the sauce that came with the shrimps. And the little breads. No thank you.

Das Ambiente ist durchaus ansprechend und lädt auf den ersten Blick zum Verweilen ein. Leider kann der Rest da nicht mithalten.

Der Service wirkt wenig professionell – vor allem beim Thema Hygiene besteht dringender Verbesserungsbedarf. Gläser und Flaschen werden an genau den Stellen angefasst, die später mit Getränk oder Mund in Kontakt kommen. Das hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck.

Auch beim Essen und Trinken gab es einige Enttäuschungen: Die Pizza mit „Trüffelpaste“ hatte geschmacklich nichts mit Trüffel zu tun – da erwartet man einfach mehr, gerade bei so einer Zutat. Das Leitungswasser roch auffallend stark nach Chlor, und die Getränkepreise wirken unausgewogen: Eine Sprite mit 250 ml kostet genauso viel wie eine Cola mit 330 ml – das fühlt sich nicht besonders transparent an.

Insgesamt ein Lokal mit Potenzial, das aber aktuell in wichtigen Bereichen wie Qualität, Service und Preis-Leistung klar hinter den Erwartungen zurückbleibt.

Nous sommes 2 amies venues dîner le 9 mars et nous avons été très bien accueillies par la gérante (je pense) et le service était parfait. Les pizzas Régina et 4 fromages étaient très bonnes. L'ambiance intimiste du lieu était très sympathique et le plus de l'établissement sont les -50% proposés sur le site The Fork. Note finale : 26 euros à 2 soit 13€/personne pour une pizza et une boisson chacune. Imbattable dans un beau quartier. Merci à l'équipe pour votre accueil. Nous reviendrons ! ???? et j'espère pouvoir goûter le fondant au chocolat que nous avons vu arriver sur la table à côté de la nôtre et qui avait juste l'air à tomber ! ???? merci beaucoup
