由于第15区有大量的韩国人聚居地，因此，找到许多可以享用泡菜（发酵白菜）或bibimbab的餐馆也就不足为奇。他们的装饰往往是当地的，而且不一定是最好的味道。另一方面，Jium's是（有点）阁楼式的，它的白墙和裸露的石头，金黄色的木桌，错落有致的椅子和车间的厨房。另一方面，这里的食物是纯正的韩国传统食物：曼陀（一种饺子）、炸蟹、炸鸡、当然还有bibimbab、猪肚和炒菜、bugolgi（切片的上等牛排）、炒茄子......这是一张非常值得推荐的桌子。

Underwhelming, especially for a Michelin listing. Korean owners but it didn't feel authentic: no small dishes provided (as is customary in Korean restaurants, including others I've visited in Paris), and what's worse, the bibimbap was NOT served in a hot stone bowl (which is required to cook the raw beef and raw egg (there wasn't a raw egg in this case)). For 22 EUR, it feels like "arnaque" (=rip off). I would not go back and try other Koreans in Paris.
