Hi, I just wanna leave a review about the customer service. It was very great! I’m an English speaker and I don’t know much French and when I was looking to book a room prior to my arrival with a group study abroad, I spoke to a kind French man named Richard. He was extremely helpful and when we booked a room through Expedia, he moved our original room so we would stay in the same Expedia room the entire trip, not worrying about checking out or our luggage having to be moved or taken out of the room. Great customer service experience. They are very helpful!

Chambre bien entretenue mais bâti vieillissant (peinture abîmée, plusieurs interrupteurs inutiles,...). Assez bien insonorisé. Le parc Montsouris situé à proximité est très sympa.

Unexpected decoration (1001 Arabian Nights? Türkiye? Can't tell...) but everything was fine. Quiet, big comfortable bed, good selection of breakfast items, close to metro , tram and RER.

Chambre confortable avec le nécessaire, jolie décoration. Cependant j’étais au 4eme étage et il faisait assez chaud, même en essayant de mettre la ventilation.
