Stayed last month. Fantastic staff and a great location.. think two metro stations.

J’avais réservé 2 jours avant la chambre directement à l’hôtel et lorsque je suis arrivé le jour J à 14 h pour récupérer ma chambre la réception m’a indiqué qu’un n’y avait pas de chambre pour moi et ma fille du à un bug informatique ! |On m’a envoyé dans un autre hôtel bien que je spécifiais que ma fille arrivait sur Paris à 23h et que je ne pouvais pas la joindre avant 21 h !

This hotel is perfect if you’re on a budget in your trip! The hotel room had the basic necessities, quite out dated and some signs of wear, but didn’t affect our stay. The hotel has a small lift which doesn’t fit much, and if you are on the 6th floor you have to walk up the last flight of stairs. We also had a very small window view out onto the streets, and a balcony view but it was into the back of the hotel building.
The location was amazing and the metro and bus links were 3 min walk. Behind the hotel there was loads of nice restaurants and a nice shopping mall with a supermarket downstairs (MonoPrix). It was also 20 mins metro from Gare Du Nord. The fees for public transport were amazing at €2 for bus and €2.50 for metro, and these journeys travelled far.
Would recommend this hotel as the staff were friendly and it was located very well.

The bed was far too soft, it felt like sinking into a marshmallow, which made it really uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no ironing board any where in the hotel and the balcony didn’t have any chairs or seating, which was disappointing. I also tried to contact reception, but the room phone wasn’t connected to the wall and had no wire. When I called from my mobile, no one answered.
