Une très bonne surprise cet hotel près de la tour Montparnasse. Personnel sympa et une chambre très confortable|Un bémol cependant , les serviette de toilettes sont trop rêches. |Petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut , pain frais et café super bon

I am staying in this hotel right now and my air AC is not working. Paris is 10 degrees right now and I am freezing. I talked with the reception and they are not helping. I am asking for an electric heater or to change my room. The service is terrible, very unhelpful. Never go to this hotel.

What’s wrong with the short hair lady in the lobby? She always has “you are not welcome here” facial expressions. No customer service at all. The room is quite small, the stairs are unclimbable, the elevator is small and outdated. I understand France is one of the oldest countries in the world, but I couldn’t imagine it could be that old.

***It’s funny that the replier/owner doesn’t even know their customers. What a shame.
