Propre et bien situé

작고 오래된 파리의 아늑한 방이예요. 한국에 있는
호텔이랑 비교하면 엄청 실망하실 것 같아요. 저희는 1박에 7-8만으로 예약했는데 가격대비 위치에 매우 만족했습니다. 객실도 낡았지만 괜찮습니다. 방음은 전혀 안 됩니다. 여름에는 에어컨이 안 됐다던데 겨울에 라디에이터는 빵빵했습니다. 아침에는 뜨거운 물이 안 나옵니다. 웰컴드링크가 없고 체크아웃시 도시세를 지불해야 해요.

Assez déçue de mon expérience dans cet hôtel…
Pour ce qui est du positif : le personnel est sympa, l’hôtel est bien placé et l’accueil est moderne et joli
Par contre pour les chambres… celles-ci sont agencées d’une étrange manière, on a la sensation qu’elles ont été faites pour gagner au maximum de place donc pas top
Et je pense que le plus gros problème de cet hôtel c’est l’insonorisation, franchement quelle horreur d’essayer de s’endormir et d’entendre nos charmants voisins de chambres discuter ou autres bruits ????

Un séjour agréable un personnel très accueillant et sympathique et des chambres plus que parfaite

I stayed at the Ateleir for two nights and was really impressed with the Hospitality of the staff; along with the Location; as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. I very much recommend it for your stay in Paris. I didn't use the breakfast: as I visited the local Patisserie instead but it looked great at the Hotel.

Chambre simple mais lit très confortable.petit déj au top.

Bon emplacement, bonne qualité de service et personnel très aimable.endroit central pour les déplacements.

Si je pouvais mettre aucune étoile je le ferais.
Hôtel a éviter.
Le réceptionniste a eu des attitudes irrespectueuses.
Je suis une femme et il a été très agressif.
Je lui ai d'ailleurs fait la remarque.
Pire il a même osé dire a mon homme une fois que j'étais à l'extérieur : heureusement que vous êtes là car sinon cela n'aurait pas été pareille si elle était seule.
Je ne sais pas pour qui il se prend cet homme là, nous sommes en France et il doit s'adapter à la clientèle "aux femmes clientes".
Quel honte pour un hôtel d'employer une personne comme lui.
Le réceptionniste de la veille était bienveillant.
Chambre bruyante ( mal insonorisée).
Pratique proche métro.

The photo of the hotel does not correspond to reality. We checked in today, I asked to change the room, to which I was told wait until the morning when another receptionist arrives. on the ground floor, the windows from the room overlook the courtyard of the restaurant and everyone who walks can look into our room, no privacy. I am very disappointed with this hotel and will not recommend it to my friends.????

Camera piccolissima ( anche se a Parigi è un classico) ma anta armadio rotto , phon rotto , porta con fessure, la notte entrava la luce del corridoio, considerando la posizione a lato dell'ascensore con passaggio continuo e rumore ,aria condizionata inesistente, sono mesi che dicono che non funziona dalle recensioni di altri ospiti.
Posizione comoda per la vicinanza alla fermata metro.

They charge for rooms with A/C. On arrival they say AC is not working. We grumbled the following day. It’s then they offered a room with AC for our 3rd & 4th night. They do this to most customers. Great location and connectivity to the metro.

Don't book with them.

Hotel carino, camere e bagni un po’ piccoli ma in stile francese. L’aria condizionata era rotta purtroppo ma hanno messo ventilatori in ogni camera, (in piena estate meglio che niente ma servono a poco quando fa davvero caldo). Quartiere carino e vivace di giorno, pieno di boulangerie, patisserie, negozi di vario tipo (no moda - questi sono altrove). Hotel vicinissimo alla metro e in 20-30 min si raggiunge ogni punto della città! Personale gentile! Prezzi sufficientemente contenuti se paragonati a quelli mesi della città!

If I could give negative stars I would.

First of all we booked because this place had AC and clean looking rooms close to the metro.

Upon arrival we were told no AC in the whole hotel. Which in August is extremely hot all day and night. We get in our room which is so tiny you can’t hardly get a suitcase through the door. The smell of sewage coming from the shower was unbearable. We were told we couldn’t have another room until the next day which was awful since it was so hot we couldn’t shower and without AC made for a long night of hot sweaty and stinky smells coming from the bathroom.

We get to the next room and all seems okay again AC isn’t working. the floors are warped and seems like previous water damage.

Came back after a long day trip and used the new shower little did we know it flooded the entire room with an inch of water out the door and under the bed. Which would explain why the floor was squishy and warped. The hotel does not have a night staff and the receptionist said he was out of towels ?!?! This was on a Saturday and the receptionist said no one could fix it until Monday so we went yet another night without AC and a shower.

The very next day the AC randomly was just running in the room and the receptionist was about to switch us rooms due to the plumbing issue again but we were so thrilled to have AC we opted to stay in the room and use the sink to rinse off until the plumbers arrived. They tell everyone that there is no AC when in fact they do have rooms with AC.

The plumbers came while we were out and did work on the drain but we were terrified to fully shower and did quick military type shower rinse shut off and wash then rinse again for fear of flooding the room again.

The hotel refused any sort of refund whatsoever and almost cancelled our stay without our saying they could.
We stayed for 9 nights and we were argued with and yelled at by several of the different hotel receptionists who were not accommodating or nice at all.

Then one says you can have free breakfast the whole stay and then the next day tries to charge us and said that is not possible.

Which BTW breakfast is croissants and coffee and they want to charge 12 euros for it!!!

The rooms are disappointing and the staff is probably some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with EVER!

I would stay clear of this place and highly encourage you to not book any rooms here. What a disappointment. I don’t know how they even have any stars given some of the reviews I’ve read this has been ongoing for years.

Ballentent, geen airco die het blijkbaar al maanden niet doet (perfect met 30+ graden, vooral als er mee geadverteerd wordt en achteraf pas gezegd wordt dat het niet werkt….) + meerdere kamers waar alleen een bad in staat en geen douche, niet bepaald fijn als je je zweet wilt afwassen in de hitte!

Ci hanno dato una stanza minuscola e con un armadio guardaroba minuscolo considerato che abbiamo soggiornato in due per otto notti. Pulizia ai limiti dell'accettabile. ARIA CONDIZIONATA NON FUNZIONANTE PER TUTTO IL PERIODO IN CUI ABBIAMO SOGGIORNATO. Ed è stato in Agosto!!! Se non volete buttare i vostri soldi EVITATE QUESTO HOTEL. Devo purtroppo dire anche che Expedia non ha fatto granché per aiutarci a risolvere il grandissimo disagio subito. Si sono limitati ad un parziale rimborso ma non in cash ma in punti Expedia da usare entro un anno. Assurdo!!

On a eu un très bel accueil, une très belle chambre cependant la chambre du climatiseur est en panne ...
