This property was AWFUL. First we got there and there was no one at the front desk finally came and we had to leave our luggage in dinning room because until check in. Came back from check in and had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I asked a question about city taxes and the man started screaming at me telling my kids their mother did not want to pay (which wasn’t true, I just asked a question), told me to leave. After finally getting a room the rooms inside were nothing like the picture. First I got a room with a double bed and a twin bed and was given a double bed and a wonky sofa bed full of dust. Barely any lighting in the room, super creepy, super old, super dusty. Went iff and found another hotel which was actually great, in better area for less money. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with a group of five people. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
The room was too small for five guests. It had only one single bed, one very noisy sofa bed, and one double bed. Upon arrival, we noticed that only hand towels were provided instead of bath towels, and we had to go to the reception to ask for proper ones.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The unit in our room was old and completely non-functional. When we asked about it at the reception, we were told that air conditioners in the rooms are only turned on starting May 15th, and outside of that period, they only work as fans. During our stay, it was almost 30°C, which made the room very uncomfortable. When we brought up the issue, the receptionist Dave made a joke about it, which we found very unprofessional and disrespectful.
We also requested someone to check the air conditioner. The night receptionist said someone would come, but after an hour of waiting, we had to go back downstairs to follow up, only to be told he had forgotten.
We did not have breakfast, but we don’t recommend it. From what we saw passing by the reception, the food options looked poor and unappealing.
The hotel is close to a metro station, which is convenient. However, the photos on the website do not match reality. The rooms are outdated and in urgent need of renovation.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are many better options in Paris with more comfort and professionalism.

Excellent !
L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques pas de la Gare Montparnasse, et plein de petits commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux ! Une mention très spéciale à Ghiles qui nous a accueillies avec le sourire, une amabilité remarquable, un sens de la relation client prononcée, et un professionnalisme hors norme : tout ça avec sympathie et gentillesse ! C’est très agréable de tomber sur un accueil de la sorte !
Grace à lui, notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Merci Ghiles !

Il a fallu attendre 40 minutes pour enfin obtenir les clés de la chambre. Et une fois arrivé devant la porte… surprise : la chambre était déjà occupée par un homme en train de prendre sa douche !
On m’a a ensuite attribué une autre chambre, mais celle-ci avait un trou dans le plafond, simplement recouvert de scotch.
Franchement, fuyez cet hôtel !
