Good location, very friendly hotelier and great value for money - recommended for a long weekend in Paris.

I had booked this hotel for my travel to Paris this year later on in November. To my worst shock and something which I never expected from Booking.com aswell I started receiving series of awfully rude disgraceful mails from the person of the hotel handling correspondence stating as if I am the con man or culprit who is going to do a fraud with hotel. ||At the same time without my permission they charged a hefty booking amount from my credit card to which they told me they will refund me after one month of completion of booking and the amount is just on hold as per what they said, but believe me no refund has been made till date. ||Once when I re enquired through booking.com media channel about the refund post one month of booking the hotel person acted as if I had made no pressure payment at all as in started asking me which transaction you are talking about about and what am I asking refund for.||Absolute fraud and disgraceful and not to forget rude customer service, I fully agree with other review stating the same type of behavior which they have also faced nd I strongly suggest everyone STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY from this hotel. ||Never do any pre-booking from this fraud hotel else you forget your money would ever be returned.||Now I know very well that my money is never gonna come back to me and in the reply towards this review of mine, the hotel respondent is gonna say all crap and false things to claim that what I am speaking is all lie and will not at all talk about the refund what he is supposed to give back to me so I am also placing screenshot of my bookings and all the rude reply which I recieved in return. ||STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY..!!

Un hotel vechi, foarte murdar, în cameră mirosea foarte urât, draperiile și covorul erau pătate și pline de praf, ușile nu se închideau. Are nevoie de renovare urgenta! E departe de centru, dar sunt mijloace de transport în apropiere .
