We look for honest , quirky and eco places to stay and this hotel was perfect for us . Friendly staff, simple unfussy room and a reasonable breakfast . The best bit for us was the free use of their bikes! Cycling around Paris , Montparnasse and the Seine was a revelation ( I am not ordinarily a cyclist) . Getting lost and finding our way round was actually a highlight and getting back to the hotel and sitting in their garden after was perfect. There are food markets nearby ( check days and times ) and Simone and Jean Paul are just down the road along with Serge and Jane …

Qirky little hotel situated in 14th Paris arrondissement near Denfert-Rochereau subway and Orlybus terminal. It´s surrounded by typical Parisian streets with unique atmosphere. Definitely a budget accomodation, ecological atmosphere (I like it!), everything is slightly shabby. Our room was relatively small, furniture was of an older date, bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was overall not the cleanest but nothing terrible. The bathroom was in the same condition. There is a functional elevator to the upper floors. Staff was friendly and there were no problems with communication. The choice of food at breakfast is really very limited and it didn´t satisfy me...luckily there are plenty of shopping options nearby. The breakfast place is nice and there´s also very cozy garden where you can drink coffee.

Excelente opción si vas a Paris. Situado en una zona con muchas opciones de comida y con el metro cerquisima. Lugar tranquilo. Habitación espaciosa, sin grandes lujos, con nevera y con camas muy cómodas; con lo necesario para una visita a la ciudad. Limpieza correcta. Baño aceptable, aunque lo de la ducha no es lo ideal tampoco me pareció un problema. Desayuno muy rico y suficiente. Recepción que habla español. Lo recomiendo.

Hôtel situé très proche du métro à pieds .
De belles chambres avec une terrasse ainsi qu'un personnel agréable, un bon petit déjeuner avec possibilité de manger dans la cour dehors !
Cependant la salle de bain est très très étroite !!! La douche doit faire 70cm de large au maximum ! De plus il y avait des morceaux de carrelage manquant dans les murs.
Sinon le lit est confortable et le fait que l'hôtel soit "eco responsable " est un bon point .
