Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage et recommandons cet établissement avec plaisir.
The whole stay was paid for in advance.
Sadly, after a tiring 14 hour travel day, I arrived at the hotel only to be told otherwise. The reception staff, Pierre refused to let me have my room key for almost 2 hours. I was forced to stay in the reception area, exhausted, hungry, with a headache just because of the "unpaid" hotel tax. During that time, he spoke to Booking.com twice, with no end in sight.
I felt like I was being detained, inhumanely - until the night shift staff, Ramzi showed up.
I told them I need to use the toilet and get food. Stores was closing at that point, as it was already 8pm. It was ridiculous and ungodly.
If I had not paid for the room in advance, and exhausted I would've left. My friend was staying in another hotel, down the street.
The room was ok but can get noisy from neighbours, and street noise, despite being on the 3rd floor. I've had to use ear plugs every night to get some sleep, on a hard bed. After all that drama on the first night and poor sleep, it made my immune system suffer. Now I'm celebrating my birthday with a head cold. Brutal!
I would not recommend this hotel, as the city tax matter was so poorly handled on the first night. Even if it was the mistake of the Booking.com CSR, I was definitely mistreated upon arrival for 2 hours.

Chambre plutôt jolie. Juste un point la cabine de douche pas très propre au niveau des joints.
The Checkout is a late one at 12pm and breakfast as well.
The Breakfast is at reasonable price and you can have pastries and fruits.
The Staff is helpful and I enjoyed having a discussion with the 3 staff that I met

숙소가 조용하고, 직원들도 친절하였고 역이랑 가까워서 교통편이 편리했습니당 !
다행히 엘레베이터가 있어서 짐을 옮기는데도 문제가 없었어용 :)
Accueil très sympa et proximité de la gare Montparnasse très appréciable pour les gens de l'Ouest.
(창문을 열 수 없어서 습기가 좀 차고, 환기 불가, 바로 옆이 도로라서 소음이 살짝 있음)
직원분들 서비스가 너무 좋았음.
주변에 현지인 맛집이 많아서 어딜 가도 성공적
Le personnel est très aimable et à votre service en cas de besoin.
L'emplacement est très pratique : deux stations de métro à proximité, beaucoup de commerces sont proches ainsi que de très bons restaurants.
Seul petit bémol : cela manque de double vitrage, on entendait un peu trop la circulation le matin. Mais dans l'ensemble c'était assez calme.
The hotel was so quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely hot showers which we great after our long days of exploring.
Location is great, next to 2 metro stations that connect to loafs of others in paris.
