Great location for the Montparnasse area.|Smallish room, but as expected for a city hotel. Well-equipped, clean and everything worked.|Very friendly staff on the desk, and very comfortable switching to English when our French wasn't good enough.|Good buffet breakfast, but we should have locked into the cheaper price available when booking the room rather than deciding each day.

We chose Hotel Lennox based on reviews on TripAdvisor. We were really pleased with our choice. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and beautifully clean. Everything was great apart from one thing - THE PILLOWS!!! There was four of us staying in two separate rooms, one twin and one double and we all found the pillows awful, they were so stuffed full of filling there was no give in them whatsoever and made for a very uncomfortable night. This is a shame as everything else (location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and breakfast) was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately when you can’t sleep well it does affect your opinion of the place. Please, please Hotel Lennox look into getting better pillows for your guests. You’ll definitely get a five star instead of a four star review from me if you do! We would stay there again as the location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants around especially ones that cater for gluten-free and given that my sister-in-law is a coeliac that was a real bonus. Next time though we might think about bringing my own pillows!

Really great little hotel and lovely location with plenty of nice places to eat and drink in the surrounding area which is just buzzy enough without being busy and hectic.

Staff are super friendly and accommodating. We had multiple mix-ups and issues with our travel, none of which were the hotel's fault and they were exceptionally accommodating and helpful.

Rooms are a nice size, beds comfortable, interiors nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend!

Cet hôtel est hyper bien situé
-proche de deux entrées de métro et de la gare Montparnasse
-proche de pleins de cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, épiceries, etc

Le service est excellent et notre chambre côté cour était très tranquille.

Le déjeuner buffet était délicieux et l’accès à de l’eau filtrée/eau pétillante au lobby est très apprécié.

La chambre était très bien et de bonne grandeur. Très propre comme hôtel.

Nous allons définitivement recommander cet hôtel.

The Lenox is ideally situated on Rue Delambre. It has been tastefully renovated art deco style recently and everything feels new. Great showers and "rituals" brand toiletries. The "Vavin" Metro is two minutes walk away with direct links to Notre dame, St. Germain, Gare do Nord and Garde Est. It's a just off the Rue Montpernasse and a plethora of great restaurants. We also felt safe in the area. The street itself has butchers, two wonderful bakers, delicatessen a wonderful cheese shop, wine shops and two supermarkets, everything you could possible want, as we stayed for 4 nights we used the deli for a stop in night. The Rosebud bar next door is a fantastic bohemiam artist venue, quite bourgois but wonderful. We ate at "The Dome" on the corner, fanstastic seafood and oysters and at the Venise restauraunt opposite the hotel. Taking a left just outside the hotel walk to the end of the street and there are even more bars and restaurants. On sunday an artists market. Breakfast is a buffet and there is an honesty bar. comp tea and coffee in the room and. A machine down stairs.We will stop again. ||Disliked · Towels and toilet paper quality are not great but three star or less. By taking a room at the front you get quite a bit of noise from the bars and deliveries early in the morning if you sleep with the window open, but there is aircon in the room. . Next time we will opt of a courtyard view. Club and Double rooms are quite tight but I would say adequate. On the sixth floor ther are five spacius suites which we will take next time.

Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen von Paris

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Hotel. Die Lage ist wirklich zentral – perfekt, um Paris zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es mehrere U-Bahn- und Busverbindungen, was die Mobilität super einfach macht.

Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, sodass man nachts gut schlafen kann. In der Umgebung findet man zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants – ideal für einen entspannten Abend ohne weite Wege.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr sauber, gut durchdacht eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Gebäude ist zwar alt, aber stilvoll und modern renoviert – mit viel Charme!

Chambres très agréable avec un bon accueil et proche de la Gare Montparnasse.|J’avais réservé 3 chambres. Une a été surclassée car je souhaitais 2 lits jumeaux. J’ai apprécié le geste.|Un somptueux petit déjeuner servi à volonté délicieux. Dommage que la pluie et les travaux devant L’hotel étaient gênant.

Comfortable bed, small but nice room.
Everything was very clean.
Very friendly service.
We especially loved the free water and coffee in the lobby.
Walk to the Eiffel Tower is around 40 minutes.
We didn't use the public transport, but walked nearly everywhere and shared a Uber a few times for around 15 € each time (from Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee).
There are also lots of restaurants and bakeries in the area.

I stayed at hotel Lenox for 5 nights, we had breakfast in the hotel every morning. Where there was a buffet of cooked breakfast items such as sausages, scrambled eggs, beans and bacon, and pastries such as croissants ect along with a range of other items and fruit juices

Overall I cant recommend Hôtel Lenox enough I had a wonderful stay,

Un très joli hôtel qui a semble-t-il bénéficié d'une rénovation récente : la chambre classique est très agréable, avec une décoration sobre et élégante, une literie confortable. Même la salle de bain est charmante. J'ai demandé un petit déjeuner en chambre, la serveuse a été très ponctuelle en respectant l'horaire noté : le petit déjeuner lui-même est délicieux avec viennoiseries savoureuses et produits laitiers de qualité. Tout le personnel croisé lors de ce séjour a été souriant, à l'écoute et réactif. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Voilà 28 ans que je fréquente les hôtels de Montparnasse ! Je les ai presque tous visités et je pourrais faire un classement mais ce serait fastidieux. Je vais donc me contenter de vous donner le nom de mon hôtel préféré, plus intime et raffiné que les hôtels de chaîne, idéalement situé au coeur de Montparnasse, calme et reposant, et de très loin, le plus agréable de tous les établissements des alentours. Le portrait ne serait pas complet et pas juste si je ne réservais pas le dernier couplet de mon éloge au personnel, accueillant, compétent, bienveillant, fidèle et attentionné, de jour comme de nuit, à la réception, au petit déjeuner et jusque dans le bureau du directeur, avec un clin d'œil tout particulier à Magda et Hermann. Merci à tous de rendre, autant que faire se peut, mes séjours parisiens aussi agréables depuis si longtemps.

Deux jours de formation a proximité, chambre standard très confortable et jolie. Le seul bémol si on veut se coucher tôt le début de soirée est un peu bruyant dans l'hôtel... Ça n'est sûrement pas toujours comme ça et cela doit dépendre des personnes présentes à l'hôtel.... En tous cas très bon hôtel, personnel agréable, j'y reviendrai sans hésiter

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep.

It’s 3am and I’m writing this review as I cannot sleep because of the noise coming from the outside, the room is not soundproof of course and there’s not only a bar open until late in the morning but also the street is under construction. The result: woke up at 6am and 3am next day still awake.

Furthermore, the front desk told us there’s nothing they can do, as they can’t control what happens outside. And even though it’s true can’t control it, what they can control is what they do about it. Amazing service…

Location wise is ok if it’s not the first time coming to Paris.

My wife and I traveled to France on a Rick Steves MyWay tour and they picked this hotel. It was a great location, very nice. Staff was great. It is a three star rating- very comfortable bedrooms. We were a little over a mile from St Chapelle and walked there. Unless money is no object, no sense paying a lot more for 4 and 5 star hotels when time in the room is very limited.

We had a great stay at Hotel Lenox. The rooms are lovely, the location is perfect plenty of restaurants and very walkable though the metro is only a few minutes away. The staff here our so lovely and attentive as well which always trips so much better. I will definetly be returning. Merci!!
