Decent location, close to many metro stations. Fairly comfortable room with a fridge. Decent sized space for the money. Friendly reception team. Not the easiest to get to your room, very small lift that only fits one person and their suitcase and the landing off the lift is very precarious.

Excellent accueil, service irréprochable, tant par sa gentillesse que par son professionnalisme. Un personnel chaleureux et à l’écoute de ses clients. Chambre impeccable et lit très confortable.

Absolutely loved our stay at this little gem of a hotel. In a perfect location, the rooms (whilst not huge), were perfectly clean and accommodating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again here without hesitation!!!

The room was so small that we could not open our luggage. The room was clean and kept in nice condition. There is an AC to keep the temperature pleasant. While we were there for 4 nights, there were 4 different receptionists. Every one of them was nice and ready to help/answer our questions.
On your first night, you get two bottles of water, and that was it. We have to ask for ours. There is a small refrigerator and smallest TV thet I ever saw. We did not watch it, so I'm not sure if it works.
On the last day, we were going to check out (12 PM), and the elevator was not working, so we had to carry our luggage from the third floor. Spiral stairs were not pleasant to wolk on to begin with. Imagine carrying your luggage. I asked the receptionist what the problem was with the elevator is and I got a shoking answer. Management sometimes turns of elevator from 11 PM to 1 PM. I made a comment that does not make sense. Why would they disable the elevator during the check-out hours. I guess to make their guests feel uncomfortable. Definitely, I would not go back and would not recommend this hotel.
Again, not for the people who are working there, but for the setup and questionable decisions that management made.
