Had my reservation cancelled just over two weeks before I was due to stay, which was my fault in fairness because they'd sent an email saying they couldn't verify my card details and I didn't resolve it. There were only two days between the warning and the cancellation, but I was able to rebook so it wasn't an issue. However, I have had my reservation cancelled again two days before I'm meant to be there, this time with no warning or reasoning whatsoever. Emailed and no response, tried to call for half an hour straight and no response either. Now left scrambling for another place to stay with two days' notice.
