I liked this hotel a lot. One negative thing I’d like to add and it’s “Educate your personal!” To be exact only one person. In general the personal is very lovely and helpful. But the day I arrived 27.02.24 (please check who exactly who was on reception around 22-22:30). I entered the hotel and said: “Hello, I have a reservation for today”. This person who worked there said: “Here we say BONSOIR, not HELLO or HI, BONSOIR! ”. He said it in a very negative way, arrogant and without respect! Please, teach your worker how to talk with your customers! The rest was good, thank you.

这是一家危险的骗子酒店，千万不要预定。在入住的时候酒店经理假意热情的接待，并且在我反复确认后，仍然告知早餐是包含在内的。但是在离店的时候说早餐是付费的，在并未告知我的情况下从信用卡直接扣了款，这简直是让人无法理解的欺骗和强盗行为。并且酒店特别不隔音，晚上一直可以听到地铁的声音，如果睡眠不好的人，也一定不要预定。

At the time of check-in, the hotel manager pretended to warmly receive me, and after repeated confirmation, still informed me that breakfast was included. But when I checked out, I claimed that breakfast was paid and deducted the payment directly from my credit card without informing me. This is simply incomprehensible deception and robbery. And the hotel is particularly soundproof, and you can always hear the sound of the subway at night. If you have poor sleep, you must not make a reservation.
C'est un dangereux Hôtel d'escrocs, ne réservez jamais. Accueil faussement chaleureux de la part du Directeur de l'hôtel au moment de l'enregistrement et toujours informé que le petit déjeuner est inclus après mes confirmations répétées. Mais dire que le petit déjeuner a été payé au moment de quitter le magasin et que l'argent a été débité directement de la carte de crédit sans me le dire est tout simplement incompréhensible tricherie et banditisme. Et l'hôtel est particulièrement non insonorisé, le métro peut être entendu tout le temps la nuit et ne pas réserver si les gens ne dorment pas bien.
