I stayed here for a week on a school trip to Paris. The staff were rude and not helpful. The breakfast was great but the dinners were barely even edible. A child in our group got food poisoning. Because of this I ordered delivery every night for dinner and still u couldn’t bring it up to your room which I inderstsnd but you couldn’t even eat in the lobby while dinner was going on in a completely separate room. Not to mention there were no napkins or forks accessible anywhere. I went on a search for a napkin and got yelled at for “helping myself”. The rooms were nice for the price but the showers leaked extremely and there was no soap or shampoo. The hotel was big and spacious but honestly the staff there was the worst part. If the staff were more accommodating and actually took into account things they might need to change it could be better. But it was like talking to a brick wall. Ps I loved the cat.

We made a reservation for two nights, however, our flight was canceled due to the strikes in Paris. I called the hotel to inform about this and ask whether it was possible not to pay for cancelation because it was not our fault. The guy who answered said that they will only charge 1 night instead of 2. He only asked to send an email to them about this. I did as was asked, however, they still charged 2 nights some time after. I emailed both Booking costumer service and FIAP. However, they did not do anything. I understand the cancelation policy but why promise if you can't keep your word? Besides, I informed them in advance and I'm sure they did not lose money. Do not recommend because of the customer service.

Upd: After FIAP's reply to this review, I emailed them with all screenshots and proofs. However, they ignored my letter :)

meilleure auberge que j'ai pu tester à paris. les chambres sont très bien agencée et les lits confortables. tout est très propre, on y dort très bien et le personnel est très accueillant. merci à vous.

Belle 1ère expérience au FIAP en octobre 2023. La chambre est spacieuse avec de l'espace pour se déplacer et des rangements pour les bagages (qu'on cherche parfois dans un hôtel dit classique). Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux. Bonne literie pour chacun des lits et une grande salle de bain. Le petit moins de la SDB c'est le manque d'une tablette ou d'un petit meuble pour poser des affaires.
Nous avions chambre avec belle terrasse (7eme etage). Nous ne restions qu'une nuit donc n'avons pas pu en profiter mais c'était tout de même une belle surprise. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.
Notre point négatif est l'heure de départ de la chambre à 9h30 qui fut très dur puisque nous étions avec notre fille de 10 ans pour un spectacle à Paris et que nous nous sommes couchés tard (le reveil piquait un peu).
A l'accueil équipe souriante et agréable.
Le rapport qualité/prix est bien supérieur à celui que l'on trouve dans certaines hôtel a Paris surtout que le FIAP est très bien placé avec métros et bus a proximité.
Je recommande fortement.

Hotel bem localizado bem ao lado da estação de metro. Organização, limpeza e atendimento ótimo! Recomendo. Quarto só faltou uma televisão.

Lits simples sans possibilité de les rapprocher ! Porte qui frotte, pas de télé, isolation inexistante entre les pièces
Petit-déjeuner basique, pas d’expresso, choix de thé limité au yellow label, pas d’œufs brouillés
Bref, un séjour peu reposant

Nos alojamos durante 5 días y 4 noches. El staff de la recepción siempre fue atento y amable, además hablan varios idiomas. La habitación nos sorprendió gratamente. Cuenta con armarios, gabinetes e inclusive perchas para colgar tus cosas. Las camas estaban bien. Si te causa calor la calefacción, puedes abrir un poco la ventana y equilibra. El baño estaba limpio y con toallas. Importante saber que no tiene servicio a la habitación diario pero si estás todo el día fuera para conocer la ciudad, esta es una excelente opcion. Tienes cerca 2 estaciones de metro 4 y 6, el Orly bus te deja a 10min de distancia caminando. Venía con desayuno incluido, el cual es básico, tiene lo esencial para distintos gustos tanto salado como dulce. PLUS hay un gato muy mono en la recepción.

Ayant passer deux nuit avec un groupes d’élèves scolaire en tant que chauffeur on aurai pu avoir une chambre avec un peu plus de confort. Les murs sont pas très épais, le bruit agaçant la nuit qui ne permet pas de dormir correctement. Les repas sont fade et froid, seul point positif c’est le déjeuner correct et le personnel qui est sympathique.

went one year ago and forgot to review: breakfast was very good and very big hotel. but we didn’t have soap in our room and even when we went to the reception to ask for soap they couldn’t supply us with any (kind of weird for such a big hotel). maybe they didn’t wanna go to the storage to get it, which is worse.

J'y avais déjà été comme membre de sémonaires ! Maintenant , j'y ai passé une nuit VRAIMENT SUPER ! Personnel très accueillant à la réception ( parlant plusieurs langues ) , chambre avec excellente literie , et très bon petit déjeuner . On peut y faire d'excellentes "rencontres" pour des échanges avec des personnes de tous pays ! JE RECOMMANDE
