Excellent cassoulet. Service was terrific on a busy evening. Hermiene (sp) was wonderful—sweet, efficient, speedy.

L'Assiette, very classic French bistro from chef David Rathgeber. They’re famous for their cassoulet. The snails are also very good here. Rathgeber’s touch is to add a disk of toasted bread on top of each snail.
Unfortunately, the main course menu was heavily centered around pork, leaving us with only a single fish dish as our alternative. The food was less than average.
