I recently made a reservation at this buffet restaurant, expecting a priority seating arrangement as part of the reservation benefits. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to discover that there was no special consideration given to reserved seating. Despite having made a reservation, I was assigned a table on the second floor, significantly far from the food stations. More so, I noticed available seating on the first floor and requested a change to a more convenient location, but my request was denied with the explanation that no seats were available, despite visible vacancies. This refusal not only inconvenienced me but also negatively impacted my dining experience. I hope the management can address these issues by improving communication and ensuring that the reservation system effectively accommodates the preferences and conveniences of their guests, particularly regarding seat allocation near food stations. Implementing a more thoughtful and transparent seating plan would significantly enhance the experience for those who book in advance.
