The food was excellent, loved the tastes, it’s my 2nd time here and it was wonderful. Loved the fusion creations, had a very nice time. The waiter was very friendly and explained the dishes clearly.
My only suggestion is - if you are proposing a gastronomy style experience, I would love to have a better cutlery (specially the knife and fork ????????)
Otherwise I am coming back again for that Calamar ????

Si vous voulez être surpris par un tourbillon de saveurs, n'hésitez pas à pousser la porte de ce restaurant à priori banal, le serveur est très sympathique et à l'écoute du client, le ceviche tout en complexité avec ce mélange d'acidité dompté par une mousse légèrement sucrée, les calamars d'une tendresse absolue accompagnés d'une purée de patates douces épicées, les vins proposés généreusement servi, j'oubliais les excellents cocktails,bravo.

Les serveurs sont aux petits soins, très réactifs et arrangeants.
Un peu d’attente entre les plats, mais rien de dramatique.
En revanche petit bémol, même si j’adore la lumière tamisée, elle l’est peut être un peu trop (le soir, dans la salle du fond). L’ambiance est sinon très intimiste.
