Hotel abordable, propre et situé à moins de 5 minutes du métro

Absolutely disgusting service. We had asked to book another day to extend. They confirmed with us. The day of our extra stay they had emailed us to tell us to get out at 12 am the night of. We book another hotel and come back for 3PM. Our stuff has been packed for us and waiting. They made a mistake. No apologies or niceties. I would not recommend staying here. Very appalled and 0 compensation.
Valuables were touched and moved. No AC or heat until April. Terrace also is not in service. DND on the door not respected at all during our 4 night stay.
Funny part was that they had a room available and did not offer that to us nor did they suggest any available options. We would have taken a more expensive room if it meant staying in the same place.

Hôtel est très sympa, chambres spacieuses, propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, je recommande cet hôtel.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Agréablement décorée. Propre. Calme. Bien équipée - minibar et cafetière , radiateur supplémentaire. Literie et oreillers confortables.
Quartier sûr. Proche de la rue Jeanne d’Arc agréable pour tous ses commerces de bouche.
