the price/performance ratio is acceptable. unfortunately, the room and accessories are small and not soundproofed, the equipment is older, but it will work... we didn't use the breakfast, I can't rate it. on the other hand, the owner and staff are very helpful (they lent me an umbrella, gave me advice, I got a second duvet upon request. Location is excellent.

Très vieillot aucun charme. Accueil très moyen. Si vous ressortez le soir on vous redemande votre clé. Je ne recommande pas.

A FUIR +++ On annule votre réservation la veille sans explication (resa faite depuis plusieurs semaines )... pratique pour trouver une solution durant la coupe du monde du rugby ! Aucun professionnalisme. A CROIRE QUE PRENDRE LES GENS EN OTAGE ET POUR DES IDIOTS CA RAPPORTE ...

Mostly good but no hot water was a turn off. Wifi works and staff is very nice which is a big thing in Paris
