Notre fille de 14 mois était très contente de découvrir un nounours à son attention en rentrant dans la chambre.

Great location, a short walk to the train station and Jardin des Plantes. Rooms very nice, a little small but adequate, very clean with a lovely view across the city. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and excellent customer service. Would recommend.

Perfect location, one of the most beautiful and safest parts of Paris. Very cosy, good food around the hotel. Breakfast was good. They also did everything to make sure all was explained about allergies.

The staff were friendly and accommodating in both French and English. They reminded us about the Sauna in the wellness center on arrival and I’m so glad we took advantage of it as it’s a nice way to relax after walking round Paris. The location is great, a sort walk to many shops and restaurants The Room was a little small for Canadian standards but large for Paris, and still had everything you would need. The clothes drying rack saved our first few days as the airline lost a bag. The complimentary filtered water was nice also. The breakfast was incredible, far more than your standard BW breakfast and a true taste of Paris. There reminder emails are thoughtful and we purchased parking for an additional cost. The Parking is secure and close but the key fob system in which you must get and return the key to the front desk to access the parking garage each time is a bit out-dated. I’m sure this could be updated with an electronic pass or key for each stall returned on check out. Still overall fantastic!!

Αν εξαιρέσεις το ασφυκτικά μικρό δωμάτιο, χαρακτηριστικό των Παρισινών ξενοδοχείων, μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή. Κατά πρώτον, η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική. Έχει σταθμό μετρό κοντά, αλλά κατά βάση βολεύουν τα λεωφορεία 24 και 91 που σε πάνε παντού. Το πρωινό τίποτε εξαιρετικό, αλλά αποδεκτό. Το προσωπικό ευγενές και η καθαριότητα μια χαρά.

Ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage! Wie für Paris typisch, sind die Zimmer recht klein, wir konnten jedoch mit zwei Koffern dort gut unterkommen. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fantastisch. Auch hier alles, was man sich wünscht und sehr frisch. Dies, kombiniert mit der Lage, machen das Hotel zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für den Paris-Urlaub. Das Hotel liegt im 5 Arr. an einer breiten Straße. Dort findet man viele Restaurants. Vor dem Hotel fährt viele Busse, u.a. der Bus 91 zum Gare Est. Metrostationen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Accueil, literie, propreté, petit déjeuner, personnel, localisation. Hôtel parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, nous avons tout fait à pied. L’hôtel est calme et agréable, le personnel adorable.

My mom and I stayed at a different hotel every night so we could gauge the best places to stay for our next trip (we already knew we’d fall in love with Paris!)
This was one of the best stays we had. The room was small but fit our 2 big suitcases. Very clean and beautiful. The shower head and pressure was great (this was a problem we encountered at other hotels), toilet had its own room separate from shower, everything was laid out in such a convenient way, down to a coat hanger! The best of all was the service! The front of house was so accommodating and kind, they even held our suitcases for a night while we traveled to Belgium! They were amazing. Truly a great choice for your Paris stay!

Hôtel très bien situé, j'ai été très bien accueilli et même surclassé dans une junior suite.
Chambre calme, literie impeccable, propreté rien à redire non plus. Bouteille d'eau, machine à café à disposition.
Très joli buffet pour le petit déjeuner, aussi bien en sucré qu'en salé.

Staff is incredible, especially Olivia. She was so helpful during our trip, all staff was. Rooms are clean and comfortable, could use a bit more space to hang items. There’s a great corner space to the right of the TV where they could use a small set of drawers or hook to hang jackets.
Bathroom had plenty of room and the windows opened to let fresh air in. Hotel hallways are a bit dimly lit as the floors are dark and adds to dimness of the hallways.
Not a lot to do in the area, we walked to the zoo. Metro across the street and bus right in front of the hotel. Very convenient. It was very easy to get everywhere like the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame

Le BW Plus La Demeure est mon point de chute privilégié à Paris :||Bien placé (proche de plusieurs métro + le bus 91), dans un quartier agréable. Le boulevard Saint Marcel peut être un peu bruyant en journée, mais la nuit c'est calme, et les chambres sont bien insonorisées.||||En parlant des chambres, je les trouve très belles, toutes différentes, et aménagées et décorées avec goût.||||Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique ! Le statut fidélité Best Western est reconnu (j'ai eu des surclassements à quasiment tous mes séjours).||||Le tarif est parfois élevé, mais vu la qualité de l'hôtel, il me semble que c'est cohérent (on est à Paris, dans un bon quartier quoi).

I have to say that I was really comfortable at the hotel.. It was really clean.. My room, small but very cozy, was very clean and updated with long french windows. The bed was really comfortable.. It has free coffee, coco, water, and tea ready for use in the room.. The room came with a safe.. There wasnt a refrigerator in the room but all in all I was happy I chose this hotel... Also the M 7 train is two blocks from the hotel, which connects to all of the trains that lead to all of the main attractions in Paris

Hôtel chamant, très jolie déco et personnel très gentil.||J'ai eu une chambre côté cour, super car pas de bruit extérieur.||Literie très confortable avec des draps d'une grande douceur.||Je recommande et je reviendrait avec plaisir.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, nous y retournerons sûrement lors de nos prochains voyages sur Paris.

Personnel accueillant et disponible, literie confortable, chambres bien équipées, petit déjeuner complet.

Situé à 10 minutes de la Gare d’Austerlitz et 3 minutes à pied du métro Campo-Formio.

Hôtel silencieux malgré les travaux de rénovation en cours, nous recommandons !

Cet hôtel est actuellement en rénovation (décembre 2023) et sent très fort la peinture et le vernis dans les chambres. Ma femme et moi l'avons réservé pour une escapade romantique, sommes entrés dans la chambre et avons réalisé que nous ne pouvions pas passer deux nuits à inhaler ces fumées, avons mangé le coût de la réservation et avons réservé une chambre dans un hôtel voisin. Assurez-vous que les travaux de rénovation sont terminés avant de réserver ici !
