The hotel is great for emergencies when I have a problem with accommodations. The staff are wonderful and even deal with deaf people like me unlike expensive hotels

Disgraceful is the word when I visited this hotel in Paris. Shino the manager here is the Fraud and his only motive is to loot the tourists.
He lied to me that a family of three cannot stay in a single room with double bed in France citing legal issues.
He charged 150 eur for a night ..he needs to be exposed and thrown behind the bars for being such a sick terrible guy..
I would caution people not to visit this hotel and blacklist him from all his business.
God will punish him.

Great location but don't expect much from service. As it is a budget hotel.

Come punti a favore:
il personale è stato gentile e disponibile;
la posizione della struttura è comoda;
la presenza del bollitore, il mini frigo e delle piastre scaldavivande è stata davvero utile.
Come punti negativi:
la mia stanza si trovava all'ultimo piano dell'edificio, e salire e scendere tre piani di scale con i bagagli è stato difficile;
quando ho prenotato la stanza, sul sito era indicato che l'angolo cottura avrebbe consentito di cucinare, invece, ho scoperto sul momento che le due piastre del fornello potevano solo riscaldare gli alimenti, e non cuocerli;
una sera, utilizzando le piastre della cucina, una delle due si è bruciata e ha riempito tutta la stanza di fumo tossico, costringendomi a spalancare la finestra, il 3 di dicembre.
L'ultima cosa che mi ha lasciata davvero perplessa, è che al check in mi sono stati richiesti e prelevati altri €80,00 per deposito cauzionale, nel caso in cui avessi dovuto perdere le chiavi della stanza. Al check out, invece di restituirmi direttamente i soldi come garantito sul sito, mi è stato detto che sarebbero stati automaticamente sbloccati dal mio sistema bancario, forse entro due settimane. Li ho riavuti indietro dopo più di un mese, e questo mi ha fatta sentire molto a disagio.
Complessivamente è stata una buona esperienza, ma non tornerei ancora in questa struttura.
