Ottima posizione, grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione della metro che permette i collegamenti col resto della città. |Camera piccola ed essenziale, ma pulita, accogliente e comoda. Struttura silenziosa.|Prezzo molto vantaggioso se confrontato con la concorrenza in città. |Consigliato particolarmente per coppie o singoli che trascorrano in giro gran parte della giornata.

The hotel is terrible
The room is very small; the toilet and shower are only suitable for petite guests. The bed and mattress are old, with a hard, outdated type of padding that feels uncomfortable and itchy to sleep on. The blanket is old and thin (even though the temperature during my stay at night was 7–9°C). The staircase is narrow and dark, making it easy to trip and fall (a warning for guests carrying backpacks and staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor). The deposit information was not clearly mentioned in advance when booking online, and I had to pay extra upon arrival. If you leave early, there is no receptionist — guests have to leave the key themselves and exit the hotel. The internet is very inconvenient because each time you use it, you have to log in again with your email and password. The information on Agoda is inaccurate compared to reality. Genuine reviews are pushed far down, making it hard for customers to scroll and read them, while the top reviews seem like fake ones. Overall, this place is terrible, and I want to warn others who are about to book here!

Petit et simple mais bien aménagé, un accueil très agréable et attentionné.
On y trouve les petites attentions en plus : la possibilité de se faire du thé / café dans la chambre, de commander un panier de petit-déjeuner pour un prix correct.
Situé dans une rue bien calme, on n'entend pas la circulation.

A very quaint hotel in a quiet area near Place D'Italie, we met the really friendly owner, the rooms are very clean, we slept well and we had no problems at all. Actually, this hotel made our trip to Paris very special- it really couldn't have been better in the beautiful city for a romantic trip. Just bear in mind only that the steps to the rooms on the higher floors are steep so some people might have difficulties. But we didn't have any issues. I recommend this hotel completely.

Suite à un retard de la sncf pour quelques minutes l’hôtel ne souhaite même pas garder la porte ouverte afin de bénéficier d’une chambre déjà payée . En plus d’être menaçant et ingrat au téléphone . Des escrocs a fuir absolument , une honte.
