Breakfast was explicitly included in our booking. Both in the booking webpage and in the invoice. However, the hotel did not provide it and we did not receive any compensation.
More importantly, there was something in our room that was so catastrophically wrong that it caused a severe allergic reaction to my partner. We could not determine the source--perhaps too much dust, acari, fungae spores, we cannot know--but there was something in the air blocked her nose and throat to the degree that we had to go to the emergency room and leave the hotel before planned.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix, difficile de faire mieux en plein Paris !
Chambre petite et assez ancienne, mais bien entretenue, accueil sympathique !
Si vous allez au 13ème Art, vous serez à 2 minutes à pied du théâtre.
Bonus, la rue n'est pas très passante, et vous ne serez pas dérangez par la circulation.

Pretty hotel has everything you need.
This is a very nice hotel next to the place D'italie. Very cheap for Paris and it does the job.
Close to all public transport to get to all the touristic stuff to do. You can park the pram downstairs , very accommodating. The staff is very nice. The bed is comfy and there are extra blankets in the wardrobe for the people that didn't check and the heater is working.
We had the small kitchenette which was nice.
You have Carrefour market 2 min walks which is cheap to get your grocery and such a money saver.
Place d'Italie is quiet and the people are very polite. I definitely recommend this hotel and don't really get the bad review
