J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec professionnalisme et courtoisie. Merci à Tiffani pour son accueil. Le personnel est à l’écoute, disponible, et fait preuve d’une grande attention aux détails. Le spa est un véritable havre de paix : propre, bien équipé, et parfait pour un moment de détente après une journée bien remplie. La qualité des prestations est à la hauteur du standing annoncé. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour alliant confort, détente et service irréprochable.

Hôtel très agréable avec un personnel chaleureux et attentionné. Les chambres nous font sentir comme chez nous et les espaces nous donnent envie de revenir. Je recommande très fortement !!

I agree with a few other comments about the lack of flexibility from this hotel. I can't judge anything but the service. I did book 2 non-refundable nights, and my trip got cancelled. I called the d-day in the morning and they refused to give any refund, even partial or for the 2nd night.
They keep it by the books, which is their right but unplanned events happen. First hotel ever in 15 years of very regular traveling where I didn't get a solution proposed to me in such cases.

Un ottimo hotel per chi cerca tranquillità. Tra il V e il VII, si è in pieno centro ma senza la confusione che caratterizza i primi arrondissement. Camere e bagno con vasca e doccia spaziose. Prezzo più che buono. La SPA piccolina per chi è abituato ai grandi alberghi, ma graziosa. Colazione con buona scelta, anche se potrebbero introdurre qualcosa in più fatto in cucina.

La chambre était bien ainsi que votre réceptionniste homme qui était très chaleureux et agréable à notre arrivée
Malheureusement, le reste du personnel n’était pas très agréable et chaleureux.
Lorsque nous avons appelés pour une question sur un objet oublié, j’ai eu l’impression de déranger la réceptionniste qui ne m’a pas laissé finir de parler et a voulu raccrocher immédiatement en disant « merci bonne journée » d’un ton sec (sachant que j’étais encore entrain de parler pour lui demander de la mettre de côté si elle trouvait l’objet).
