Hôtel bien placé, service convenable, dommage l'insonorisation des chambres et à revoir. J'ai entendu mon voisin uriner et prendre sa douche aux alentours d'1h du matin.

The location was great, near several restaurants and boulangeries, and especially near the subway station. I also loved how the staff was so polite with me and my wife knowing that we don’t speak french. ||We had room service everyday which kept everything well cleaned and organized.||There was a luggage room at the front desk that helped us a lot before checking in and after checking out as well.||The mattress needs an urgent upgrade though. It felt like it was deflating during the night.

I would be happy to change the rating for service if the Manager or Owner of the Hotel Paris Italie would assure that the front desk team knows that respect for a client is something that they can learn.

Mauvaise expérience. Accueil désobligeant à la réception. Si vous avez besoin d'aide, le personnel vous fait vite savoir qu'il ne sent pas bien dans ses fonctions et manque de diplomatie. Surprenant pour un établissement hôtelier.

Clients de l'hôtel, nous avons sollicité la personne à l'accueil qui nous a fait comprendre au bout de 10 secondes qu'on le dérangeait et s'est mis a être très désobligeant. Ce manque de patience et de respect client est anormal pour un hôtel. Nous n'avons demandé aucun dédommagement mais tenions à signaler ce comportement inapproprié et blessant qui semble installé chez certains intervenants de l'hôtel.
