Good stay, near the subway and not too far from city center. Clean rooms and punctual service. It's in the 13th arrondissement, very nice and "true" area.

Very shady clientele, rude staff, bad location across the street from public housing and near a homeless shelter with lots of drunk people everywhere, urinating in the street (and on the hotel), no street parking...

Chambres un peu petites, mal insonorisé du dedans: on entend les gens dans le couloir et des fois ça hurle. Très bon emplacement.

Остановились в номере люкс ( то, что не люкс ок). Но когда спустилась вниз провести встречу онлайн и поговорить по телефону , мне запретили ибо тут же люди…. А то, что до 2 -х часов ночи ор и крики -это норма!

Впервые слышу, что в отеле нельзя разговаривать по телефону …. ! Это жесть!

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están muy bien.
Tienen hasta cocina y nevera, puedes cocinar si lo prefieres.
Muy bien porque tiene parking gratuito muy cerca del hotel.
Las camas muy cómodas.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour 2 nuits dans une chambre pour 3 adultes et surtout une place de parking gratuite dans Paris pour nous qui venions de loin très apprécié. Nous avons trouvé un hôtel calme et agréable, nous recommandons.

Fiyat performans oteli. Beğendim 450m ileride metro var onunla merkeze gidilebilir. Yanınızda terliğiniz olsun ayrıca odanın içinde küçük bir mutfağı var.

A nice hotel. The rooms are not too big, but very good if you spend your days outside. The bed if comfortable, there’s a small stove with some kitchenware, and a bathroom with shower.
Our key card sometimes stopped working, so two times we had to go to reception to ask for a new card so we could enter our room, and our room was only cleaned once during a stay of seven days. There’s free coffee/tea/hot chocolate downstairs at reception.
The hotel is placed very good, very close to supermarkets, metro stations and bus stops, and lots of restaurants.
It felt like a safe neighbourhood.

Definitely will be coming back here for a next stay in Paris. The rooms are quiet, and though appartement style, you still get daily service. Nice big shower, we took a balcony and that was great for enjoying a wine in the evening. Parking is across the road (and free) which alone makes the room rate worth it! Beds are great as well by the way for couples.

De kamers zijn schoon en netjes. zeer goed gelegen met gemakkelijke toegang tot de bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. Er is ook een mogelijkheid om je auto te parkeren in de garage wat helemaal top is.

Experiência decepcionante… nem tanto pela acomodação em si, mas pela má vontade e rudeza da equipe! Uma pena! Quartos limpos, amplos, café da manhã básico (croissant, café e suco) por 6 euros.

Du foutage de gueule ... Par où commence-t-on ?

- Réservation d'une chambre double deluxe qui finit par une double simple (pas de remboursement, pas de modification possible, car hôtel soit disant plein).

- Nous payons pour le petit-déjeuner, qui se trouve être très léger, 1 croissant et 1 jus d'orange, (possibilité d'avoir une salade de fruit, mais tous ses morceaux de fruits st mamet qui baignent dans leurs jus depuis plusieurs jours ça ne nous donnais vraiment pas envie ...) mais ça passe encore, le plus grave reste quand même le fait que lorsque l'on demande de l'eau, on nous le refuse en indiquant que l'eau est payante, payer l'eau dans un petit-déjeuner déjà payé, c'est quand même très fort !

- Chambre sale, des poils sur le radiateur (je joins la photo.).

- Matériel hors service : 1 lampe de chevet + plusieurs chaînes de TV impossible à regarder...

- Pommeau de douche cassé

- Il est aussi inscrit dans la chambre de mettre les serviettes au sol si nous souhaitons qu'elles soient changées, évidemment les serviettes sont restées au sol et la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée. J'ai dû descendre à la réception demander des serviettes propres...

Et j'en oublie certainement, mais merci Google Map de m'avoir rappelé de mettre un avis sur cet établissement.

Seul point positif le parking gratuit.
