This hostel RUINED my experience in Paris. They put a MALE in my room and failed to protect me when things weren't safe for me. My grievances were ignored until I got the police involved and an arrest was made. Receptionist at the hostel that was not present during this encounter tried to dismiss the incident and pretend that nothing happened. This hostel isn't safe, nor are they concerned with your safety. I have a police report to prove it.

the worst hostel you could choose in Paris. storage is so unsafe they can steal anything and staff will do nothing even while having cameras there. staff is so rude that they refused to help even though its directly their responsibility. how is this place still open?? no respect no help only problems.

I left my luggage at this hostel for storage but when I came back, my stuff was gone. It was inside my bag, and the only people with access were the staff. I asked for help, and instead of showing any responsibility, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them. When I asked to see the security camera footage, they straight up refused. The attitude from the staff was horrible. No apology, no effort to investigate, nothing. Just pure arrogance and zero accountability. Avoid this place at all costs. If you care about your belongings or expect even basic respect, stay far away.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I GOT ROBBED — and they didn’t care at all

I stored my belongings in their "luggage storage" area, trusting it would be safe. Big mistake. Someone stole from me — and even though they have security cameras, the staff refused to show any footage or do anything to help.

When I asked for support, they just shrugged, acted like it was no big deal, and were shockingly rude and unprofessional. No apology, no compensation, no sense of responsibility.

What’s the point of cameras if they won’t even check them when something gets stolen? This place is not safe, and the people running it clearly don’t care about their guests.

Stay far away from this place unless you want to be robbed and treated like garbage afterward.

The worst experience ever. And by worst–I mean THE WORST. Staff was sooo unfriendly, they were not polite at all. Do not ever leave your bags/luggage at the reception, because they will steal from you :) Then they will just say that they have no access to the cameras. They did not even compensate for our stolen things and money. THE WORST HOSTEL EVER. Stay away from it. The beds are uncomfortable, it smells bad all over the hostel as well. The prices are unreasonable for the quality.
