Sébastien 和 Romain Fabre 具有一个特长：鞑靼牛肉片。他们的餐馆做各种鞑靼牛肉片，除了鞑靼牛肉片，还是鞑靼牛肉片，几分钟之内，就能做好一份鞑靼牛肉片。在所有的食谱中（20多种做鞑靼牛肉片的食谱）我们喜欢Chti牛肉片（北佬奶酪小茴香啤酒）和五香牛肉片（生姜、红辣椒和辣椒粉）。对煎烧菜，我们推荐烤鹅肝和牛肝菌，除非您是汉堡迷，两兄弟的汉堡是顶级的。对鞑靼牛肉片过敏？两兄弟餐馆也会做炖牛排、鳕鱼、鸡肉串、松露圣雅克和香脆的蔬菜。前菜是熟肉、蛋黄酱和各种沙拉。甜食也如此，一点都不复杂：自制香草焦糖布丁、千层饼、主厨提拉米苏等等。

Une table de bons vivants ! Planche apéro, tartare xxxxl et cheesecake, bien cuisinés bien servis, j'en garderai un bon souvenir et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir, merci

On a short trip to Paris, and out of all the restaurants in the city, this is the place we chose to visit twice. The beefsteak and slow-cooked pork were perfect and the creme brulee was the finest. The decor was effortlessly and understatedly stylish which, together with the friendly service, added to a great atmosphere. Bonus points for the massive teddy bears and games, which our son loved. We will be back.
