1. Hair dryer not working. Asked for a portable hair dryer but was told that none available and have to wait till next day.
2. Short of one towel. Asked for one more towel but was told to go and collect ourselves as there is only one receptionist in the hotel.
3. Hotel is small. Especially the toilet. Don't even have enough space to sit on toilet bowl.
4. Water leaked into the room through the window when it rained.
