This hotel is about five minute's walk from Gare de Lyon station. It was clean and comfortable, although the room layout was a bit quirky but it didn't matter. An ideal overnight stay when changing trains in Paris. We would stay there again.

El hotel tiene una ubicación estratégica al estar tan cerca de la estación de tren lo que facilita tomar transporte a donde sea que quieras ir, en la misma zona se encuentran variedad de restaurantes, panaderías y lugares para pasar el rato, además de ser muy tranquilo el sector y por lo tanto el hotel.||||La atención fue muy buena desde el recibimiento hasta el momento de salir.

Alarme incendie qui se déclenche dans l'hôtel et qui nous réveille en pleine nuit, sur 2 jours différents.||Personne à l'accueil et enfermée plusieurs fois 10 minutes dehors, inacceptable, surtout en pleine nuit.

Not worth the price at all, location is good if you need the big train station.

Room is extreme small, no place for bags, can’t hang your towel.

Shower is INSIDE the room so you, shower in front of your partner, and all moist is trapped in the room. Toilet have no air suction.

No power plug at the bed

L'établissement est propre. Une prise murale au niveau des lits serait plus pratique pour recharger un pc ou un téléphone.
L'ascenseur est parfois bloqué à certains étages, du fait que la porte de celui-ci reste ouverte car elle est retenue par la moquette du couloir.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus.
Les points positifs, sont l'emplacement et et l'accueil.

I’m about a year late with this review but I had to come back and speak about my experience with 9Hotel Bastille Lyon. Upon my arrival to check in, I left my phone in our taxi from the airport and spent nearly every night of my stay coordinating with the hotel staff on how to retrieve it. I’m sure they couldn’t believe the dumb American who couldn’t keep track of her phone after being in Paris all of thirty minutes but they never showed it. On top of our amazing stay with a great room and amazing location the staff helped me translate and gave me guidance on coordinating with local police and after four days WE GOT MY PHONE BACK. I was absolutely blown away by their kindness and support and it’s my favorite story to tell when I recommend 9Hotel to anyone coming to Paris.

Séjour d’1 nuit à cause d’un retard SNCF. ||Chambre un peu exiguë mais très bien pour 1 personne. A 2 ça peut être plus compliqué. ||Très proche de Gare de Lyon à pieds. ||Très bonne literie et salle de bain propre. ||Possibilité de se faire un café ou une infusion. ||Sol en moquette.

Nice clean hotel and yummy brealfast:) Rather small bathroom (not enough room for the toilet paper holder!) but nice and clean. The lift was tiny, barely enough room for two medium sized people, and very temperamental as sometimes stopped for no reason so we walked 5 flights instead.

The room is small, what do you expect? The place is pretty clean. As you can guess the location is good. The elevator is very small. Two people with luggage can't fit in it. and the bathrooms are small by Paris standard. Is this a deal breaker? No.||Management made two bad decisions. First, the mattress is like a big fluffy futon, and very uncomfortable. Second, there is only one outlet location in the room and it is no where near the bed. So, if you have a CPAP, you are not getting much sleep.

I would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable bed, I had the best sleep in a long time. Nice balcony, clean/modern room with coffee pot/supply, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

Nice lobby/eating area. I arrived earlier than expected and this was a nice area to relax after a long flight with self serve bar (reasonable price).

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location, supermarket, boulangerie (recommend Les delices de Gare de Lyon), and the Gare de Lyon are all 5 mins or less walking distance.

Only call out is, the bathroom/shower is quite small and you have to step up into a small shower stall. It was not a problem for me but can see this may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or for someone on the larger side.

Excellent hôtel !
Chambres parfaitement équipées, un peu justes au niveau de l'espace. Mais parfaites pour ce qu'elles sont censées être, dormir.
Salle de bain exquise, la pression de la douche était l'une des meilleures que j'ai jamais eues dans un hôtel.
Le service et les gens de la réception étaient extrêmement gentils.
gare de Lyon à 3 minutes à pied, excellent pour se déplacer !
Seul bémol, il n'y a pas de prise près du lit pour recharger le téléphone, bien que le fait que l'alarme se déclenche un peu loin du lit, vous oblige à vous lever pour l'éteindre, vous empêchant de vous endormir le matin après une journée précédente très fatigante ????
Donc pas si mal sur ce point.
Globalement, séjour 10/10 ! !! Recommanderait

Hôtel très pratique de par sa proximité avec la gare de Lyon, trains, métro et bus à portée de main pour visiter la ville. Excellent accueil du personnel, tous sympathiques et serviables, petit déjeuner varié pour tous les goûts et produits d'excellente qualité. Chambres un peu petites, mais bien entretenues et très propres.
Hôtel très recommandé.
