This was my second citizenM hotel and it was consistent with my 1st. The configuration is similar, with reception on the 1st floor and checkin being self service.the rooms are comfortable and all controlled by an iPad. In Paris we met more American staff than French and they were super friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome.

Stayed 3 Nights and unlike other hotels I have stayed & Spoilt like in Dubai ????

Incredible team comprising of Surath & Claudia. Service level is Top Notch

Highly recommend due to team around at the Hotel.

Rooms are small though but Paris doesn’t sleep - Isn’t ??

Paris was the first stop on a short journey through Europe. Citizen M made this the perfect start with the exceptional kind greeting from Maddy who sent a card with chocolate. ||The hotel was ideally situated for walking along the Seine into the centre and for our onward travel from the Gare de Lyon

Sehr gute Hotel, liegt gerade am Bahnhof. Zimmer sehr gross für Paris und modern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Bett sehr bequem. Nachteil man kann die Fenster im zimmer nicht öffnen wegen Sichertsgründen.
