Au téléphone c'est anglais et impossible de les joindre, peu importe le code qu'on appuie dessus. On ne s'est pas si on peut venir à la dernière minute à l'hôtel, c'est-à-dire faire le check-in à 1h du matin car personne ne répond... Il faut mettre des informations claires sur booking, votre site internet ou Google. Et mettez un employé français car vous êtes en France ! ???????? Si non, placez vos hôtels en dehors du territoire francophone...

To say that my stay at Citizenm has been anything but amazing would be an understatement. I was greeted at arrival by Lavinia, who was beyond kind and friendly and offered great recommendations. Then I made friends with Inka at the rooftop bar and have continued to chat with her every time we see each other. As a solo traveler, their kindness has made my already special trip in Paris even more romantic. <3 10/10 recommend you stay here, please easy to access transit to get anywhere in Paris.
