Pas d'eau chaude, des pantoufles d'anciens clients dans la chambre et pas de geste commercial après avoir signalé ces désagréments !!!!

The receptionist was super nice and polite and friendly. But I called to the reception in the morning to ask for late check out and her colleague didn't tell me about if I checked out later it was 10€ per hour, only I could checked out two hours later without any problem. And then, the nice receptionist was apologising for her colleague's fault in a super nice way and I paid without problem only for her attention, but is not fair to pay so expensive without being informed properly.
