There is definitely some language difficulties for foreigners. But under whatever circumstances, the service should try their best to be patient enough to explain instead of showing unnecessary expression that made the guests uncomfortable..

The food and wine suggestions were very good. Just the sauce have so much butter that made us super full by the end of the meal. If the portion/fullness can be controlled better, it would have been superb
