Flavours are very well balanced. This restaurant is more worth your money than most of the other in Paris. And you can see the chef and his team are very passionated about the food.

We got the tasting menu and cocktail pairing, everything paired really well. especially cocktails were delicious and different, highly recommend it

De la tuerie!! Nourriture excellente et raffinée et en même temps généreuse. Le service pourrait être un peu plus professionnel mais reste très sympathique et chaleureux.

Honestly one of the best meals of my life. Everything was equally beautifully presented, imaginative, thoughtful and sometimes challenging to my palette. I ate food I'd never have ordered myself off the menu and I'm so glad. The cocktail addition was brilliant and very good value for money as it provided a full cocktail with each course. My guest and I are not local to the area and felt uncomfortable with drinking too much in an effort to get ourselves safely back to our hotel and the wonderful staff at Dersou we're glad to offer non alcoholic options. When I come back to Paris Dersou is 100% on the agenda again.
