Un service aux petits soins et rapide, rien à dire là-dessus. La nourriture n'est pas mauvaise, mais elle est assez basique hélas, on s'attendait à plus d'un restaurant aussi bien noté. Aussi, les portions étaient assez petites.
Cela-dit, le cheesecake au yuzu était excellent.

La sauce du chicken katsu don était mal équilibrée, trop vinaigrée et sucrée. Le poulet en lui même était très bon, moeuleux comme il faut.

Je suis allé avec ma femme après avoir vu la carte sur le site. Malheureusement, sur place la carte proposée est très différente de celle présentée sur le site. On a l'impression que la carte précédente était raffiné à un prix juste, et actuellement on a que des options simples pour un prix pas negligeable.

Malgré ça on a décidé d'essayer les autres options. On a commandé le thon mi cuit et les frites de patate douce. Le thon était très bon, les frites mauvaises.

On a commandé aussi deux cocktails. Très cher pour la quantité servie.

Had dinner at this cozy Japanese izakaya in Paris. The vibe is spot-on lanterns, vintage posters, and shelves lined with sake bottles give it an authentic, energetic feel. They’ve got some great Japanese beers too tried the Isekado Gohan Lager and the Sakekasu Hazy IPA. Both worth a sip.

The food was a bit hit-and-miss for me. The shiitake mushrooms and chicken donburi were both too salty, which threw off the balance of otherwise nicely cooked dishes. On the flip side, the poulpe salad was fresh and well-seasoned, and the black sesame ice cream (no photo, sorry!) was a great way to end the meal nutty, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet.

I do appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the effort in presentation. With a few tweaks on seasoning, this place could easily hit higher marks. For now, a fair 3.5/5.

I ordered the Tempura Don, salmon skin, and karaage. Overall, the food was enjoyable, though the karaage was a bit overcooked and lacked flavor. It would be nice to see more greens on the menu. That said, I really liked the atmosphere and the service was excellent.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Jinchan Shokudo, thanks in large part to Seiko, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Seiko took the time to explain the menu and even offered recommendations. I ordered the aubergine and rice which was fresh. The sauce was rich and comforting, and the rice was perfectly cooked. Service was attentive, and the decor added to the relaxed ambiance. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine.
I’ll definitely be asking for Seiko’s recommendations again!

Bon restaurant japonais, personnel sympa, les plats sont bons et arrivent vites, portions correctes. Bonne adresse. Nous y sommes allés pour le dîner, le restaurant se rempli rapidement, il faut donc arriver tôt ou réserver.
