Unfortunately we had bedbugs in the room, I feel obliged to warn others... The location and room was great for the price, however I woke up full of bedbugs bites and this spoiled my trip. When I talked to the staff about it they changed room immediately and were nice, offering to wash my clothes. It's known Paris has a problem with bedbugs, so this could happen in any hotel... But maybe they could have a better revision or prevision so this didn't happened. If this problem is solved, the room was nice and the fridge and microvawe is nice to have to save some money in meals. The location is great also, next to the metro and in a neighborhood full of bars and nightlife.
Cependant j'ai sollicité 2 fois la réception par téléphone pour des renseignements et je tiens à souligner la grande gentillesse de la réceptionniste Nadra.
Cet accueil chaleureux par téléphone donne déjà un ton positif.
