Hotel en la Bastilla de París. Está cerca de muchas estaciones de metro y es muy fácil llegar al centro. El personal de recepción como que pasa de todo un poco. Las habitaciones pequeñas y los baños ridículos. Eso sí, los jardines muy bonitos. Me esperaba más.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ganz süß. Der Innenhof ist sehr grün und macht eine schöne Stimmung, aber leider lassen die Zimmer und der Service zu wünschen übrig:

- Man muss sofort bezahlen, bekommt aber keine Rechnung. Das macht man so nicht.

- Das Hotel hat eine spezielle verwinkelte Architektur. es gibt viele enge Treppen und man muss sein Koffer dort hochwuchten. Da man keine Einweisung vom Personal bekommt irrt man umher und schleppt seine Koffer so einige Zimmer hoch und runter.

- der Innenhof ist sehr hellhörig. Ich konnte die erste Nacht erst um 04:00 einschlafen, da eine amerikanische Gruppe Jugendlicher groß gefeiert haben und das Hotel nicht in der Lage war das einzudämmen.

Stayed here for a short business trip. I had an "executive" room, which was nice with small, equipped kitchenette. Lovely interior garden, quiet, great location.

Ottimo hotel per la posizione, la pulizia e il rapporto qualità prezzo.
La zona è servita da diverse linee di metro che consentono di raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città.
Le camere sono pulite e ben accessoriate.
Il quartiere è pieno di ristoranti.

If you are looking for luxury, spas and pools, look away.|The hotel is tired and the facilities few, but the beds are comfy and clean , the shower is great and the staff pleasant. Very welcome air condioning too.|Well placed for the metro.|Plenty of eateries nearby.

Hôtel très bien situé dans une avenue calme et très bien desservie par les transports. La gare de Lyon est situé tout près. Le calme règne dans cet hôtel ,le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel adorable.

Réveil à 5 h du matin par un frigo qui fait du bruit et pour bien se réveiller, je vais dans la douche, quelle surprise quand je m’aperçois qu’il n’y a pas d’eau qui sort du pommeau ( je ne pense pas avoir pris l’option douche au moment de la réservation). La salle de bain sent l’urine et le ballon d’eau chaude fait un bruit désagréable, en plus de la moisissure dessus
Sinon l’hôtel est bien placé !

Abbiamo soggiorno per numero 3 notti presso Le Patio Bastille nel fine settimana di Pasqua. ||Zona Nation. Lontana da caos cittadino, collegata perfettamente con i mezzi pubblici! Nella zona, tanti ristoranti per le cene in cui si mangia davvero molto, molto bene!||Al Nostro arrivo, in una Hall accogliente, siamo stati accolti dal personale molto cordiale e disponibile. ||Hotel suddiviso in 3 stabilimenti separati da dei cortili davvero carini, tipici parigini.||Se siete una famiglia, scegliete le Suite. Sono davvero molto grandi e spaziose, formate da 2 ambienti separati con 1 letto matrimoniale ed 1 letto a castello. Culla, disponibile, su richiesta. Davvero confortevole. ||Se siete una coppia, verrete sistemati in una camera dalla metratura piccola. Ma la stanza è confortevole. I letti sono davvero comodi. ||E' presente la moquette in tutte le stanze insieme ad un piccolo angolo cucina con frigorifero e bollitore. ||I bagni sono un pochino datati. E' presente la vasca in camera. |Ma ogni giorno c'è il cambio asciugamani ed il set cortesia è sempre disponibile (shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone liquido). Asciugacapelli disponibile in ogni camera.||Colazione semplice, ma disponibile sia la variante dolce che salata. |Sempre riassortita. Sala colazione, piccolina. ||Riassunto. Se cercate una soluzione senza lussuose pretese ma confortevole, dall'ottima tariffa e ottima zona, Le Patio Batille è la soluzione giusta!

Obviamente tengo que poner mala puntuación, a un hotel que nada más llegar nos dijeron que había overbooking, la próxima vez intentad gestionar mejor las reservas y no estafeis a vuestros clientes. Un saludo

J’ai réservé une chambre directement sur le site de l’hôtel début avril. Je reçois une dizaine de jours plus tard un mail me demandant d’annuler la réservation suite à un problème d’affichage de tarif au moment de la réservation ( annulation automatique sinon). Jamais vu ça, pas sérieux!! Quand on fait une erreur, on assume non?

Siamo appena state nella splendida Parigi, io e mia figlia. 2 notti abbiamo soggiornato al Le Patio Bastille, hotel molto carino, pulito, la colazione buona, Noi lo consigliamo per visitare la Città, un po' fuori centro ma con i mezzi pubblici non c'è nessun problema, ...ci ritornerei volentieri...

MARAVILHOSO!

Ficamos lá 10 dias e foram incríveis.
Limpeza impecável, cama muito boa, banheiro com água quentíssima, secador de cabelo, amenities, blindex no banheiro, aquecedor no quarto, adoramos.

O quarto possui mini cozinha com microondas, fogão por indução (uma boca), frigobar, pia, alguns copos, pratos, talheres, chaleira e 2 frigideira.

Foi super útil pois tomávamos café no quarto (eles deixavam café solúvel, leite e chá) e as vezes jantávamos também.

O serviço de quarto era maravilhoso, toalhas trocadas todos os dias, lavavam nossa louça, arrumavam nossa cama, além dos funcionários da recepção falarem inglês, alguns até português e serem super simpáticos

Um dia esqueci minha doleira na mesa e só percebi quando voltei e estava tudo lá, então considero seguro tbm.

Possui elevador, recepção 24h e café da manhã do hotel opcional por 15 euros.

Do lado do hotel tem um Auchan e logo do outro lado da rua um Carrefour city, além de muitas padarias e restaurantes, e pizzaria que fechava 23h com pizza grande a 10euros (maravilhosa)

Super recomendo esse hotel e me hospedaria novamente.

Eu fiz reserva de 3 quartos pois estávamos em 6 pessoas e ganhei upgrade na minha reserva, com direito a mimos na chegada, roupão, pantufa e um quarto maior.

Recomendo demais o hotel *le pátio bastille* que fica no 11 (área residencial, vimos muitos franceses nos restaurantes e arredores, super calmo o bairro e seguro pelo que vimos)

Un hotel tranquille avec DEUX Patios interieur ..La chambre 74..confortable et silencieuse.le matelat de bonne qualite...le petit dejeuner ; avec croissants,pains Au chocolat de boulangerie et non industriel ,etc . tipyque de PARIS.Le personnel a l ecoute des voyageurs et tres sympatique.... Un petit merci a la jeune femme qui prepare la salle des dejeuner...

L’hôtel est très bien placé tout près de la place de la Nation et pas trop loin de la gare de Lyon. Les chambres sont plutôt propres mais il y a un problème si on aime dormir dans le noir car les rideaux ne sont pas assez opaques et/ou ne couvrent pas la totalité des fenêtres ce qui a pour conséquence fâcheuse de laisser passer le jour (il y a des lumières dans les cours) et perso j’aime bien dormir dans le noir, donc je vais hésiter à revenir dans cet hôtel d’autant que c’est la quatrième fois ou la cinquième fois que je viens et que c’est un problème récurrent même si c’est à degré divers.
C’est dommage car cet hôtel pourrait être très bien, on sent bien qu’il a dû vivre des grandes heures.

I've just spent 3 nights here and I couldn't have asked for more. There were some initial teething problems with my booking - these were not the fault of the hotel in any way - but after realising what had happened, the manageress sorted it out in 5 minutes. The rest of the reception team that day were really good. Thankfully, their English is far better than my French, so communicating the course of action was easy.|The room? Sure, the one I had could benefit from a refresh, but as it is, I think it actually adds to the character.|The buffet breakfast was varied and certainly set you up for the day.|It's not often I write a review, my review, when it comes to a restaurant, for example, is when I return. The staff here are a credit to the hotel and if you decide to visit them, I'm sure you will have an enjoyable stay.

Whilst this hotel has the “Frenchness” that many will be craving there are a few negatives (and a couple of positives) to consider.||Our bedroom was #1 (surely the first would be great) and overall it was okay. Lovely big bed, fridge, hot plate, small dining table, bath etc………however, the room was dated, the air con didn’t do cool and the room is situated next to the stairs, lift and car park entrance so noise constantly. To keep the room a reasonable temperature we had to keep the window ajar but then could hear all the noises, occasionally punctuated by cleaners having a domestic. ||The staff at the hotel are polite, professional and there 24/7. The hotel is located a stones throw away from the Metro station taking you all across Paris. ||The breakfast is basic, with a standard selection of pastries, meats and cheeses. There are two “hot” options a day (I’ve used speech marks because I’m sure they were hot at some point) ||For somewhere to rest your head for a night this hotel is well located and serves a purpose. The beautiful reception and fantastic staff don’t cover a multitude of sins though.

Viaggio per congresso.
Le foto delle camere non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà. Tutto con moquette, spazi stretti.
Servizio non utilizzato.
Colazione internazionale classica, caffè buono ma pochissima scelta di yogurt. Non ho trovato l'acqua.
La posizione è buona, metro e bus vicini.
Da provare il ristorante coreano giusto di fronte.

Chambres un peu vieillottes à mon goût, et besoin de rafraîchissements, des peintures qui s'écaillent surtout dans la salle de bain, et ce qui a été un peu désagréable c'est le manque d'isolation du bruit, à chaque fois que la chambre voisine claquait sa porte je ressentais les vibrations jusque dans le lit, car bien sûr c'était normal de claquer les portrs plusieurs fois à 1h du matin.
Et pour finir le petit-déjeuner etait bon sans être extraordinaire.
