Absolutely horrible experience without customer service. Thursday responsible of the hotel was yelling on me. I did reservation to booking and then she called me. She told me that I have to call to booking and take back my complaint and when I said that I’m not gonna do it because my complaint has reasons she started to scream on me and tell me that it’s her hotel, she can do whatever she wants to do.. when we arrive the receptionist for sleeping and he was rude with us because we arrived late but we arrive late because our train was late even if train was not late we can arrive what time we want. It’s 24 seven reception normally the lady in the reception was talking about us in Arabic. but the main problem was the woman on the phone who is dealing between booking and customers she was absolutely disrespectful. I even recorded her voice. Don’t stay in this hotel. also, when we arrived, the room door was open. towels and soap was used.
