Ibis at Bastille opera is a convenient location to stay in while in Paris. The rooms were clean, but small and cover the basics in a room... bed, TV, some funky metal decorations which were new sometime in the past 5 years, and a small bathroom. Now with that said, the reception area is made for lounging with multiple couches and charging stations, drink specials at the bar, a restaurant, and helpful workers at the reception. Convenient to many restaurants and a couple different options for the metro. Gare du nord is just a few train stops up and is convenient with luggage. We stay here a lot.

As a Platinum member, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing on multiple fronts. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase, and the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable—easily the worst I’ve ever slept in.

The “Priority Welcome” desk for Platinum guests was almost always unattended. On the one occasion there was someone there, they refused to help and told me to wait for a colleague at the main reception desk. Completely defeats the purpose of having a dedicated service point.

Considering the lack of comfort and poor service, the price is far too high for what’s offered. Definitely not worth it.

Great hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Hotel is clean, with a nice bar/lounge area down stairs. The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet. The only slight downside is the bathrooms are very small, the shower in particular. The lift was also a little temperamental. Other than that, I enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The double room size and amenities were ok for a 3-star hotel in Paris. Location was not bad.
The shower stall was tiny.
The water pressure was weak.
Only one large towel per person. I asked for a small towel and received a bathmat - that was the only “small towel” they could offer.
The room itself was noisy, even when AC was turned off. The ambiance noise level was at 41.6 dB for the entire night, which is considered high by WHO standards. I did not expect this level of noisy room facilities from Accor.
I’d not recommend this hotel.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu - blisko do metra i to różnych stacji. Bardzo to ułatwia zwiedzanie. W okolicy dużo kawiarni, knajpek i piekarni. Pokoje malutkie, my mieliśmy z dostawką i żeby otworzyć drzwi do łazienki trzeba było nad nią przejść. Łazienka mikroskopijna. Żadnej szafki w pokoju, jedynie kilka półek. Śniadanie skromne, bardzo mały wybór, żadnych sałatek i brak warzyw - jedynie listki sałaty. Ale można się najeść tym co było. Dużo ludzi, a mało stolików.
Uwaga na opcję wczesnego zameldowanie - dokupiłam bo w aplikacji było napisane, że można być od 9 rano. Byłam przed 12 i pokój nie był gotowy. Średnio miła pani w recepcji objaśniła, że wczesne zameldowanie jest od 9-13 więc pokój nie musi być gotowy, bo do 13 mają czas. Ale nie odpuściłam i się znalazł.
Podsumowując - plus za lokalizację i cenę. Jak na ceny w Paryżu tu ok.
Poza tym, to najsłabszy Ibis w jakim byliśmy, zarówno z krajowych jak i zagranicznych. Brak np. wody w pokojach czy dystrybutorów na korytarzu.
Ale wybrałam go ze względu na położenie i cenę. Na krótki pobyt z ograniczonym budżetem i chęcią czy koniecznością wyboru hotelu, a nie prywatnego apartamentu jest ok.

The hotel is in short walking distance from the Place de Bastille and therefor very well located for a touristic stay in Paris. Two things you need to be aware of, one, the rooms are very, very small, so two people really have to like each other to be able to stay in the room together and secondly, there is a garage, but it for cars with a maximum height of 1,80m which was too low for our car. We luckily found a place on the street nearby, but you have to pay regularly. Only doable on weekends. The breakfast is good, there was always a long queue when we were there, as it is set up in a line, so you always have to wait for the first one to move on so that all others can move one up. Good pillows, at least for my needs.

Fiquei 6 noites, Hotel proximo a 2 linhas metro, rodiado de restaurantes e dois supermercados, um no mesmo quarteirao e outro no proximo, hotel limpo e agradavel, recpeçao bem arborizada, 3 elevadores funcionando bem, optei em tomar cafe manha (pequeno almoço) fora do hotel, pois nao vi vantagem pela pouca variedade. Já o quarto e pequeno mais bem limpo pelas camareiras que sao muito simpaticas, o banheiro e rasoavel mais o box e muito apertado mau cabe uma pessoa.

The Ibis Bastille is a great hotel near the Bastille square in Paris. It is in the 11th Arr and set in a great authentic neighborhood. Many people may prefer to staying closer to the main tourist attractions but this was the place for us. The price was reasonable especially for Paris prices. There are many restaunts within 5 or ten minute walk and we got some recommendations from hotel staff and the did not steer us wrong. So we ate were the locals eat!
Staff at the hotel and the attached restaurant were polite helpful and professional. The breakfast in in the restaurant on premises was excellent and gave us lots of energy for a full day or tourist activities. The restaurant also had a nice patio which was used morning to night.
Rooms are small but it was clean and bathrooms were pretty tight but the amount of time spent in there was minimal. The hotel lobby area was unique and interesting covered in furniture and plants ... felt like home!
In all this hotel served us well for our 4 day stay in Paris and added to our experience immensely! I would recommend it to anyone. Just remember bigger isn't always better!

Les chambres sont propres et tout est bien (on peut râler, la salle de bain est très petite) sinon l'emplacement est parfait pour se rendre partout rapidement, les petites rues latérales avec leurs bars et leurs petites boutiques invitent à s'attarder et sont parfaites pour découvrir Paris en plein milieu
Le petit déjeuner est super bon

Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Accueil et personnels sympas, chambres très correctes (sauf les salles de bain qui sont très petites avec des douches microscopiques). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et assez qualitatif. Le bar bien fourni. Le restaurant très honorable. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Un peu excentré pour le tourisme mais très bien pour un séjour pro (salles de réunion sur place sympa).

J'ai séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel et j'ai adoré les deux séjours. Les chambres sont petites mais le lit est tellement confortable qu'on oublie vite la taille de la chambre. Le staff est magnifique, professionnel, amical, prêt à aider. La position de l'hôtel est parfaite. Il y a deux stations de métro très près. Le quartier très sympathique.
