Great location, really friendly staff, but the room was pretty tiny, and when we raised problems, they didn't manage to fix them - for example, the safe in our room didn't work.
The spa consists of a hot tub and a steam room and were well-used by guests. However, you need to ask for the steam room to be turned on, and it varies quite drastically from cold to extremely hot! One of us went down to use the hot tub one evening and found that the dosing of chlorine was so high it was making it hard to breathe; use with caution!

Emplacement parfait pour profiter de Paris : à 10 minutes à pied de Bastille , 15 minutes de la Place des Vosges , accès métro et bus à proximité, quartier Oberkampf animé le soir
Accueil chaleureux , petit déjeuner complet dans une salle joliment décorée et ouverte sur la rue animée (marché dimanche matin),le Spa est un plus très appréciable en fin de journée ou pour la commencer
Les chambres sont propres, cafetière et thé proposés, Le Finca mérite ses étoiles

I stayed at La Finca Hotel during my recent business trip to Paris, and it was truly a wonderful experience!
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. A big thank you to Vasil, Astrée, Mathieu, and Nazari – their professionalism, friendliness, and warm hospitality really made a difference during my stay. They were always ready to help with a smile and made me feel at home.
The hotel itself is a little boutique gem, full of charm and character. It’s located in one of the most popular areas of Paris, with the metro station just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get around the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby — all within walking distance.
If you're looking for a hotel with great value for money, La Finca is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal for both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, stylish, and budget-friendly stay in Paris.
I truly enjoyed my time here, and I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I did! ????
