Asiakaspalvelu oli todella huomaavaista ja ystävällistä. Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja sieltä oli helppo liikkua metrolla joka suuntaan. Etukäteen ilmoitettua huonetoivetta kuunneltiin ja se toteutettiin. Miinuksia tulee kuitenkin hieman huoneen siisteydestä ja siitä että suihkua/vessaa käyttäessä kylpyhuoneessa oli hetken viemärinhaju.

Scarsa pulizia delle camere, bagno angusto con scarico malfunzionante. Colazione scarsa, alle 8,45 il tanto decantato buffet praticamente vuoto. Mezza baguette di pane per 5 persone. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, tranne che per la posizione. C' è molto di meglio al prezzo che abbiamo pagato per due camere per due notti.

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel per due notti. Eravamo due famiglie pertanto avevamo due camere. Abbiamo trovato polvere. Lo scarico del lavandino che scaricava molto lentamente. La cosa peggiore è stata la colazione. Alle 8, 45 non c' era nemmeno un croissant, dopo le nostre lamentele che non c' era nient'altro di dolce, tranne una mezza baguette di pane a disposizione per 5 persone, la signora addetta alle colazioni è andata a comprare 5 croissant nella panetteria vicina. Scandaloso a dir poco. Non c' era acqua e non capivano né l' inglese né il francese... Figuriamoci l' italiano. Il latte non c' era. Non una torta, non un biscotto... Sono stata in tanti hotel, sinceramente credo sia uno dei peggiori in cui abbia soggiornato. Unica cosa positiva, la posizione.

We stayed in this hotel only one night before leaving the city. Staff is nice and the hotel is located in a good neighborhood in Paris. We found a good rate, probably because of the last minute booking. Rooms were big compared to other places in Paris. To be honest i found it good for a one night stay, but I think that the rooms could be cleaner and the maintenance should be improved. There were some stains on the wall and on the bed sheets and it was very dusty. Also bathroom (which was nice and big) could be cleaner. It looks like the place is lacking an accurate maintenance.
