Un hotel très original, élégant, propre, bien agencé avec beaucoup de goût et de respect pour l’écologie. La gérante est adorable et connaît les noms de ses clients. On s’y sent comme à la maison mais avec en sus de services comme le spa et les salles de coworking. C’est « l’adresse » où s’arrêter si vous allez à Paris. En plus les tarifs sont très raisonnables. À essayer absolument.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben jeden Moment dort genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Besucher, die aus der Tür gehen und sich vom Geschehen der Stadt treiben lassen wollen. Zahlreiche gute bis sehr gute bezahlbare Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind im direkten Umkreis vorhanden. Das Hotel selbst ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und das Personal war hilfsbreit, freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Das ganze hatte einen familiären Flair. Viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten erwarten die Gäste, an denen auch wir uns sehr gefreut haben (z.B. das Poster, welches nun bei uns im Flur eingerahmt hängt). Wenn wir das nächste mal in Paris sind, werden wir wieder hier schlafen. Das Hotel können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Cool, contemporary and well located hotel.
Great location - short walk to various different Metro options. Lots of bar, cafe and restaurant options nearby - we loved Soif bar and Charbon brasserie.
The rooms are thoughtfully decorated - very cool and contemporary with nice touches. Very comfortable bed, powerful shower, Bluetooth speaker, triple glazing that kept all the street noise out. There is a bit of noise from the air filtration system that is always there - like a quiet fan - might bother some people.
Breakfast was good for the price. The lift is TINY!! but we loved that as there were only two of us. We didn’t get chance to try the hammam - hopefully next time.
Be careful to read the instructions for the safe so you don’t lock your passports in there and panic as you can’t get them out on your last day - thank you to the manager Ijlal for sorting that out for us!

This is our second visit to Paris and this time we were very pleased, perhaps thanks to this hotel, and we are returning home with wonderful memories. They welcome you here very warmly and are always helpful and friendly. Ms. Iclal, Sinan, Aliuo, thank you very much to everyone. We came with our 3.5-year-old son, and we were very pleased with both the location of the hotel and the rooms. See you again.

The room was very small, just enough to walk around the bed but nothing more. The windows and doors were excellent, sealing out noises of the street. AC / vent was non-functional for several nights so needed to open windows to get room cool enough to sleep and impossible to sleep with noises from street parties that lasted until 430am. Bathroom was good. Service was fine. Location good a few blocks away from metro and a several places to get food. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth the cost. Elevator tiny - just big enough for a suitcase and one small person. Stairs are not even but probably just like every other small budget hotel. Overall it is a decent place for the price but they need to make sure the AC works 100% of the time and improve the breakfast offerings. Also, no snacks at all available outside of breakfast time.

Kleines, schönes Hotel nahe République, gut angebunden. Leckeres Frühstück, auch glutenfrei möglich! ☺️ Vielen Dank an das zuvorkommende Personal (besonders Dia), alle waren jederzeit sehr freundlich.

Un petit bijou cet hôtel! Ijlal, la directrice de l’établissement, est au petits soins. L’accueil était merveilleux!

J'ai récemment eu l'opportunité de travailler dans un espace de co-working absolument charmant situé au cœur de Paris. Ce lieu est non seulement agréable et calme, idéal pour se concentrer et faire avancer ses projets, mais il bénéficie également d'une ambiance des plus accueillantes grâce à un staff sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. L'offre de boissons à volonté pour seulement 5€, peu importe la durée de votre journée de travail est vraiment avantageuse et appréciable. Et si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez même déguster des pancakes faits maison qui sont simplement délicieux. Je recommande vivement cet espace à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu convivial et productif pour travailler à Paris !

Really lovely and well priced hotel. The location is great with loads of places to eat and drink nearby in the evenings. It is close to a couple of metro stops and 30 minute walk from central Paris. The room is well designed and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty. I recommend wholeheartedly!

I love La Nouvelle Republique. I've stayed here multiple times and will always return when I am in Paris. My husband and I enjoyed the incredible bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Our room was quiet, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Petit hôtel à la déco soignée dans un quartier sympa. Mention spéciale à l'accueil ultra chaleureux et personnalisé (merci Madame la réceptionniste) et au ptit dej avec les houmous maison entre autres... ! A recommander pour un séjour pro ou loisir. Mais ne le répéter pas trop, j'aimerais avoir de la place à chacun de mes séjours parisiens !

Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff is very nice and they are all trying their best. 4 stars because I think the room needs to have a little update and breakfast was a bit poor. Plus location might seem a bit sketchy during the night. But def recommend to stay here, it is a good price.

We stayed for a week and had a great stay. The rooms are straight forward and tidy. The staff is very helpful and patient. The location is great too. Ten minute walk to multiple metro and bus lines. In between two busy streets with lots of shops and restaurants, but the street itself is pretty quiet.
