Great hotel! Fantastic service, comfortable rooms, friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect, a few minutes away from Parmentier metro and Oberkampf. Would definitely stay again and strongly recommend!

Un havre de paix ,la chambre est vraiment bien ,même si un lit en 180 serait apprécié ,l’accueil et le service au top…..nous reviendrons c’est certain.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel and would highly recommend. Great location close to the main attractions with easy access to the metros. Spacious room, very clean with great décor and facilities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and offered great suggestions of places to eat, see and how to get there! Location was great with great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Will definitely be going back!

Very friendly very welcoming and helpful staff very nice clean and newly renovated or built ( I guess ) rooms ! I would stay again and I recommend! Only thing I didn’t like is the handheld only shower !

Nous sommes venus aux deux giraffes pour notre anniversaire de mariage sans les enfants, c'était parfait. Accueil très chaleureux, chambre préparée avec une petite touche spéciale pour l'occasion. Nous avons très bien dormi et pu profiter d'un check out à midi. Très bel hotel pour cette gamme de prix et le quartier est fantastique, restos, bars, etc...

The staff was simply delightful. For a boutique hotel, it was charming. A few surprises that were not expected. The room was smaller than expected, breakfast was not included as we had anticipated and is usually included with boutique hotels like this in Europe, and the surprise of a city tax at the end of our stay, which should have been included in the overall price. Otherwise, a lovely boutique hotel with a wonderful staff.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique c’est calme et en même temps entouré de restos et de bars sympas. J’ai essayé leur service de massage et le soin est de grande qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux. Je conseille les délicieux muffins maison! Il y a un service de livraison de repas proposé. Je n’ai pas utilisé mais je trouve ça pratique. Bref, je recommande car ce niveau de service devient rare !

You will be welcomed by friendly and professional staff.||You can park your car safely 1 minute walk from the hotel.||We slept well, lovely beds. The room and bathroom are very clean.||We recommend to stay here for a trip to Paris.

It was a nice hotel, but not great. The room was ok, but not great, the bed slept fine, but was not very big (fine for us).

Separate toilet was nice, but the bathroom missed a nice shower. There was a bath with a shower, but showering in a small bath is not comfortable. Using the bath, knowing everybody was standing in it is also a no go. Water pressure was another big disappointment.

As was the breakfast, which was strangely organised. There was an €11 and a €19 breakfast. We were sure the €11 was included in the price, but it was not. We only wanted some muesli and fruit and a coffee, so even the €11 was much for a simple bowl.

We thought it was strange we needed to pay extra for an egg, and were disappointed that we needed to pay extra for even the breakfast without the egg. If we had known, we wouldn’t have had any breakfast there, because there were much nicer places near.

So not the worst experience ever, but no reason to return here.

Un riz de jardin qui est en fait un niveau -1. Chambre triple, un peu plus de 300euros la chambre, sombre car pas de lumière naturelle ou si on ouvre les rideaux vis à vis avec les chambres en face.||Certes très calme, mais en plus plafond qui s'effrite surement avec un dégât des eaux. Les bas de portes sont scotchés... Le lit n'est pas très grand et confort sans plus.||Si vous voulez avoir un peu d'air, mettez la clim sinon c'est étouffant. Le personnel est très gentil le seul point positif qu'on ait eu. La chambre ne justifie pas le prix bien trop élevé pour la qualité de la chambre. Si vous avez un grand ou gros véhicule, oubliez le parking

I chose this hotel for a 2 night stay with my daughter as a treat for her 16th birthday and it was the perfect place for us! Check in was smooth, Julie and Anthony were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.||I had arranged a small cake from a local patisserie, which the hotel assisted me with prior to our arrival. The staff collected the cake for me and put it in the room but also with petals on the bed in the shape of a 16 along with balloons and a lovely letter to my daughter. Such a lovely surprise!||The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are stylish and very comfortable. Great bed, great bathroom, great location and a lovely breakfast. We can't wait to return. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff!

A comfortable and affordable hotel with easy access to all the tourist hotspots via the Metro system. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again when visiting Paris!

Une superbe adresse que je ne saurais que trop recommander. Petit havre de paix proche de toutes les commodités. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie parfaite. Nous avons été hyper bien accueillis par une équipe aux petits soins. Presque pas envie de quitter l’hôtel…
