The location was perfect and the staff was great, but the room was very small.

Hotellista on lyhyt matka usealle metrolinjalle, sekä bussibysäkille.
Kylpyhuone oli tosi siisti. Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto, mikä tekee huoneesta ei niin siistin oloisen. Aamiaishuone oli tosi viihtyisä. Vastaanoton henkilökunnalla oli hyvä kielitaito ja vastaanotto oli avoinna 24/7

Hotel vicino a Place de la Republique. Comodo per raggiungere tramite la metro ogni destinazione. Ambiente pulito e moderno. Personale sempre cortese e disponibile. Camere pulite, nuove e con tutti i servizi necessari. Unica nota negativa la dimensione delle camere che risultano essere molto piccole rispetto agli standard. Risulta difficile anche poter aprire una valigia. Per il resto il comfort e la pulizia hanno superato questa incombenza. I bagni sono puliti e con ogni comfort. Disponibilità di colazione. Una piccola area fitness ed una SPA. Lo consiglio assolutamente per brevi soggiorni. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Overall are good for this hotel. Only the horrible bad manners of female receptionist on her duty(around 8-9am of 13/11/2023)
I entered to the hotel after running. I greeted her with Bonjour and friendly smile but what i got in returned from her is slowly from head to toe & toe to head again. She split her mouth and said no word to me. I
wore proper outfits for running, long sleeve and long jogging pants and running shoes.
I thought it could be a mistake but i returned to the hotel again, follow a French woman, She said Bonjour to her and again looked at me and said nothing.
This horrible, rude and unprofessional action signifies a desire to make clients/guests feel like an object of her gaze.
I think the hotel management should provide her some hospitality and service minded courses. I think she might be able to improve her performance at work.
