Good 3 star hotel for Paris standards. Very quiet room at the back. Bit outdated here and there. Stayed in an appartment for €250 a night, I would say a set of fresh towels and cleaning should be included but its not. Large private terrace. Very friendly service. Parking €25 a day. Kitchenette without modern (cup based) coffee maker. But coffee is free downstairs so no worries there.

I stayed at Citadines Republique in October 2023. Overall a poor experience.

The location of the hotel is fine, it's a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. It's not super central in Paris but you know this going into your booking.

We ran into several issues with our stay, first of all the window of our room did not close - allowing in air and noise all day and night. The receptionist tried to help us close the window, unsuccessfully, and told us we could not change rooms that evening.

We were able to move to a new room the following day (only after a lot of back and forth with reception), where at least the windows and doors all closed fully.

They only clean the rooms once a week and the cleanliness standard is low. There were several bugs in our room at various moments (see pictures) - I can understand one spider once in a while, but we had several.

We shared feedback with reception, but continually were told we had to speak to the "chef de reception" who either wasn't there or was "in a meeting." We eventually managed to speak to him on the phone after several requests, but like the receptionists he was unapologetic.

We had some personal issues going on during our stay, which were not their fault at all, but an opportunity for them to show good service and be empathetic with us. Unfortunately they did not take the opportunity.

It's not an expensive hotel - you get what you pay for! If you can afford it, stay elsewhere.

Das ist das lauteste Hotel dass ich jemals erlebt hab! Quietschende Türen und Sesselrücken aus dem ganzen Haus bis nach Mitternacht hörbar, direkt an der Straße Fenster undicht, dadurch auch von draußen sehr viel Straßenlärm ink. Polizei-. Rettung-, Feuerwehrsirene...
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist sehr gut.

La habitación perfecta para 3 adultos y un niño. Salón amplio donde se abre el sofá cama. Mesa comedor, tv, cocina con micro, lavavajillas, vitro y hervidor y todo el menaje necesario...incluso una plancha en un armario con su tabla y un tendal en el baño. Muy buena ubicación cerca del metro y no se tarda mucho a las zonas turísticas.El barrio tiene supermercados y restaurantes con comida para llevar casi a la puerta.Las camas y el sofá muy cómodos. Personal amable. Lo que no me ha gustado: la falta de aire acondicionado, solo cuenta con un ventilador de pie en el salón y otro en la habitación( en plena ola de calor lo hemos echado en falta) y la falta de limpieza en las habitaciones, es un apartamento más que un aparta-hotel ya que en 4 días no han pasado por la habitación ni cambiado toallas , su que ponen a tu disposición un servicio de limpieza de pago o utensilios de limpieza.
